I cancelled my subscription but…
I cancelled my subscription but apparently it did not go through, I noticed a couple charges over a couple months.
I reached out, notified them of what happened, told them I did not use any of the credits to edit photos from each month's subscription, and I asked for a refund, they said nope, they don't issue refunds at all.
Furthermore, their system does not send an email reminder about the subscription like most other services do.
On top of that, you lose your credits if you cancel your subscription, in my opinion these are shoddy business practices.
To not refund a customer when services have not been rendered is not acceptable.
I asked them to reconsider the refund and they never responded, been over a week now.
Steer clear, they don't deserve your business.

Great results and editor
The results are really good and the editor is far better than Remove.bg; roll-over credits aren't too useful,since any credits you have are voided if you stop your subscription. Same with Remove.bg unfortunately. Why take back something the customer already paid for?
