Worst customer support when it comes to refunds.
You buy a clip with the wrong description and are dissatisfied because of the misleading, incorrect description and tags. And instead of offering a proper refund, as any normal large sales platform would, they only offer to exchange the clip for another one from the same studio. They rip you off if you're not satisfied with the clip. They only care about their money and the creators' money. They don't care about the customers who bring in the money.

The site has dogshit customer support, it has laughable security, so it is very easy for accounts to get hacked, "like mine did." losing about a year's worth of clips and money from my wallet with no plans to refund me or anything of the sort despite having had my account on there since 2015. They made an "attempt" to introduce their site wallet that you can load money into instead of using a credit/debit card. Don't do this, it's a scam too. You just get in a loading screen, then a message telling you to go to their support email, which I have tried to reach for about 2 months now to no avail, about trying to buy a clip using the site wallet that dropped 25 dollars into, but a minus well have pissed that 25 away. Really, at this point, you would better find an SFM porn video online, at least you might be dealing with some actual stupid professionals. FORGET THIS SITE!!!

Do not under any circumstances give these fraudsters your bank info! There are lots of safer and cheaper services like JLCams.com
I 've never had any financial problems with them. Customer support on Clips4Sale is almost unreachable. And even if you manage to reach out to them they are pretty useless because they are never on your side. Also Clips4Sale is heavily let down by technical issues: the navigation is clunky; videos are too long to load; sometimes there is no sound at all. Basically the quality is so low that you can say they are just taking people's money by deception.

This website doing scams, stay away and dont trust it

Clips4Sale (St. Petersburg, FL) terminated my account (Store ID 153417) for a future-activated clip (allowed format) and documentation error. No reply to appeal or Florida creator seeking fairness.

Hello, i have bought from clips4sale for at least 15 years, all was good till now. I bought a clip, the sound didnt work so i mailed the creator who said she would fix it. I didnt hear anything back so i mailed clips4sale support to ask for a new download link. They asked OS number, but i didnt had it anymore because i bought the clip 2 weeks ago they can see into my account, either by e mail or banksales, they know i bought it but didnt want to give me a new download link.
From now on i will by from iwantclips, their lose not mine, i buy a lot each month

It`s more fun to watch real action on cam sites like JLSex.com

ive lost 2 clips from this site contacted them about this it seems creators can just delete your clips and basically steal your money if they so feel like it

As a creator and producer who has been with clips4sale for over ten years, I can say what a disappointment since Neil sold his shares! They have the WORST customer service! They're chat representatives have zero customer service skills. They are banning and restricting categories, switch up they're polices, they're platforms software sucks and every five years they make you update all of your videos (I had over 3. They do NOT care about or respect content creators who have been with them for ten or more years. THE WORST

There is no way to dispute these charges since basically there are is customer service. They are thieves! I get entertained by JLCams.com
girls at a much lower fee and every time it's a very personal experience (tailor-made experience hehe). But Clips 4 Sale is nothing like that. Don't expect high quality. Don't expect anything special. There is nothing out of the box, it's just the same old classical boring stuff, very poorly performed and recorded.

I'm a content creator, I had been selling for several months, in December with the Christmas promotion my income increased, days before the end of January without informing me of any infraction, they blocked my account and kept all the money, I know more people who have done the same. They are huge thieves and scammers.

I was a content creator on there they deleted my accountafter asking me for my model's documents which I promptly sent in high resolution. Thy refused to pay me my earnings from the whole month. A real scam!

Rampant Piracy
The platform appears complicit in video piracy. I conducted tests and found strong indications that Clips4Sale itself may be leaking content to pirate sites. While they deny any involvement, the evidence suggests otherwise.

Unannounced Deletions
Without warning, they overhauled their site and deleted all older content. I lost 7,000 videos—two decades of work—without notice or explanation.

Anti-Producer Policies
The current system seems designed to drive away long-time producers. They’ve introduced complicated, unnecessary hurdles, favoring new creators who may not yet notice the platform's questionable practices. Clips4Sale's accounting and tracking systems are opaque at best, and fraudulent at worst.

Avoid Clips4Sale at all costs. The company has become a nightmare for producers, riddled with piracy, dishonesty, and unethical business practices.

I was a content creator on there they deleted my account and all my studios because of a date change on a document that they previously asked me to do and then they refused to pay me my earnings from the whole month which was a lot of money, this place was good but it's rapidly going down hill.

I started using the site ages ago. They recently added a "My Clips" page, which makes it seem like you can always come back and download the clips you bought. WRONG. They expire after a while, or apparently after downloading. What's worse, I bought dozens of clips from a particular creator who then went on to delete them all from her store page and now they are gone from "My Clips". They don't even show up in my purchase history. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! IF you HAVE TO use it, make sure you DOWNLOAD THE CLIPS. "My Clips" is not what you think it is!

AVOID PHANTOM CHARGES

Had multiple times where my card was charged for a clip that I never had access to, but the customer support team require an order number that I never received, so I guess they just get my money now.

Most of the performers there have accounts on ManyVids, and they’re usually cheaper there too. Avoid c4s whenever possible.

Been on the site since 2021 with no issues! They recently updated their interface, and I'm loving what I see.

The UI used to be outdated, but functional. The new updates make it cleaner and more comfortable to use. I'm happy with Clips4Sale.
