We honestly don’t know how we would have navigated the mortgage process without CLM Mortgage Brokers. As first-time buyers, we had no idea where to start, but they guided us through every step with clear advice, reassurance, and constant support.

Voice notes as that sped up things significantly)
- We got regular updates on the progress of our application and whether there were any updates to our rate (post-AIP and pre-completion)
- any queries we had were addressed in less than 24h - usually within the hour!
