So, my daughter found this super shop yesterday and we went there this morning as she had picked out the most beautiful prom dress / gown....and bag! a whole 11 months early! We bought it! So emotional! The lady ,Claire who helped us was amazing! She was the loveliest and we couldn't recommend her and this shop enough! Nice to have a unique experience, high fives all round! Perfect morning! My daughter is so happy! I am so proud! Cant lie, i even shed a tear,and Claire had the tissues! You must go in! I even came away with a purse! So Nice! Lots of unique things and well worth a look,prices are super compatible and a smashing service! Happy days and so pleased!

The experience was enjoyable and professional, I look forward to revisiting later in the year with Autumn/Winter clothes.

Efficient service, I left my clothes with them to go through and gave me honest feedback on my return. It seems to be a practical way of selling good quality preloved clothes. They have a fair system in place which benefits each party.

The website was very easy to use and I made my appointment with ease.

I cannot speak highly enough about CLM Styling. Claire and Sally have created two beautiful shops in Cirencester and Marlborough, where you can browse, at your leisure, in a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

The concept of pre-loved shopping is a great idea in the world of sustainability and Claire and Sally take great pride in checking items, so they are in pristine condition, ready to be loved by the next person.

If you are looking for something for a special event and cannot find what you are looking for, both Claire and Sally will always go the extra mile and take your details and contact you if something comes into their shops that they think would be suitable. That is exceptional service!!!

Having bought and sold many items in both shops, I cannot recommend CLM enough and will continue to enjoy this great shopping experience!!!

Easy and quiet and I had a friendly welcome.

A great shopping experience and fabulous customer service. I bought a faux fur coat for a Ball I was attending. The coat is gorgeous and it kept me so warm!

To be perfectly honest I was a little bit disappointed. This company takes £10 from you for a consultation which is really not a consultation at all, they ask you to leave your items go away for 30 minutes then they will give you their opinion. I had stated when paying the £10 for an appointment that I would be bringing along , Karen Millen suits, dresses and other well known brands which were in perfect condition. Only to be told after going away and returning that Karen Millen items do not sell well neither do the other goods I brought in. Why didn’t they tell me that before I paid £10! Total humiliation. The garments I took in were of high quality, hardly worn. I looked around the shop and was to be honest amazed that they turned me away. I know this may sound like sour grapes but I am very open to good honest criticism, but I felt that this company are very short sighted. So beware.

Update to CLM response. I received your telephone message and tried to call you back. I was disappointed at the time but did not wish to cause any more embarrassment by saying anything in the shop. I brought several items in that were heavy and my husband came with me in the car waiting outside whilst I picked them up. They were NOT VINTAGE in fact I have seen on TV recently at racing and other events young ladies wearing structure dresses and suits and with Cheltenham Races coming soon I would have thought it would have been the perfect time to showcase these sort of dresses, in the windows on models etc etc. To be honest you should be aiming for a variety of clothes not just jeans, jumpers and a few patterned dresses. You have “fur” coats but not the clothes to wear underneath them !! You should definitely have a rethink …..even if you were to take people’s clothes on a trial basis …what have you got to lose?

Yes please refund my £10 as I felt that you should not take peoples money unless you at least give them a solid Consultation.

Nothing of mine was selected which was fine but it was the condescending way in which it handled. A ‘this isn’t what we are looking for ‘ would have sufficed.

I received regular updates regarding the process of my order and its delivery time. Which at Christmas I found the communication to be reassuring and speed of receiving said item to be quick. No complaints here.

I purchased a lovely Holland Cooper cape and a pair of J Brand jeans in CLM. I absolutely love them both. The ladies that own the shop know their products and are very helpful. In the past I have also purchased a Rydale hat that I wore to the Cheltenham Festival this year.

I have bought many items from this shop since it opened 2 years ago. It's something unique in Cirencester as I feel that Claire and Sally really want to help their customers and would never give bad advice just for the sake of a sale. The shop has a lovely friendly and fun atmosphere. The items that they have on sale are high quality, authentic (nothing fake!!) and priced accordingly. It's my first point of call when I need anything myself or gifts for friends and family.
