Paid for 2 people, but didn’t get what I paid for

Paid for 2 people but could not add the other person. The email link took us to a webpage but we could not get a login completed. No way to add via the app, it’s desktop only.

That tells me whomever is coding for them is not getting the job done. So it makes their service suspect.

Cancelled subscription. But did not get a refund. Had to call or chat. Call was useless. Got a voicemail. Started a chat and they refunded my credit card.

That refund policy is cryptic. You have to search for it.

For a service that is supposed to help you remove data, cancelling and getting a refund is a painful experience. There must be better services out there.

They are great

They are great , they tell you what they are going to do then just do it.
The keep you informed
The respond very quickly.
I have noticed so much less unwanted info right away and the are keeping info private

Started using this app two days ago

Started using this app two days ago. I just was informed that they have removed 296 pieces of information from the web for me. I wrote and I thanked them and immediately I got a message back. I had two other companies on my iPad And phone and they said they did that too! I am very pleased with the start of this app. It did take me a little bit to get it going as I had a VPN.

This app is crap

Been trying to receive a call from the dmv for 2 days already they call cloaked answers and blocks them i accept calls from this number still blocked the call ,I paused cloaked for 24 hours to receive this call still blocked the call. Cloaked was hell bent on me not receiving this call I guess .I canceled cloaked and it the middle of January I have to wait for the middle of February to get rid of this nightmare. I ask for help and no one texted back I can not get no support help ,this is a nightmare app

Peace of Mind

With everything going on in the world right now, I was looking for a seamless and straightforward tool to protect myself and my data online. After some research, I found my way to Cloaked. From day one the experience has been so smooth and I’m already seeing results from online data removal and spam call silencing. The service has been so good that I recommended it to my mother, and within a few short minutes of a call with support team member Corey, we were able to update our subscription to a joint plan for a very reasonable price. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for transparency and peace of mind online.

I was having problems with billing and account

I was having questions regarding my account and app. I asked for a live agent instead of AI.
It gave me Nerissa. She was excellent and very helpful. I love cloaked. It has removed my information from over 2500 web sites and dark web info. It also is stopping over 25 calls a day that are spam and telemarketers. Thank you Cloaked.

I like the app

Almost miss the sales calls...Not!

It hasn't been this quiet in my house in a long time. I am normally bombarded with calls throughout the day. It's ridiculous but that's the way it is. Once I got my Cloaked account set up, it's over. I can see the numbers that have called but I don't have to deal with the long conversations anymore. I noticed that I had two separate payments for the annual Cloaked subscription. I sent a message in advising them of the issue and Nerissa contacted me and corrected the issue overnight.
