Fast service and pretty cool clothes. Will buy from again!

Amazing customer service from the get go along with a superb selection of clothing. My first ever vintage purchase was from here and now I won’t look anywhere else (4 purchases in the space of a week later may I add!) I message them frequently on Instagram about their items and for general informal chit chat about day to day life; feels like I’m talking to a friend I’ve known for years - the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. They genuinely care about their customers and have gone above and beyond for me on more than 1 occasion! Don’t have a bad word to say about this company at all.

Anyone leaving a negative review clearly thinks very highly of themselves especially when it clearly states in the item description of any marks/stains etc and you can also see them in the pictures. There is also no way this company wouldn’t process a refund or address any issues you may have.

The worst customer service I have ever heard of; my other half has been waiting for a refund for months on an item of clothing she received that arrived damaged and covered in stains. After several emails they decided to call her, only for a man to yell at her down the phone and call her childish. Not very professional at all, do not recommend.

I received a shipping notification 24 DAYS AGO (should have taken 2-3 days to arrive) and my tracking information has not been updated since. I have sent multiple emails & messages on Instagram; I have not received a response from their customer support team. They do not even have a telephone number to call. I've never had such a hard time getting in touch with a company. Whether I get the items or a refund, I really don't care. I just want to speak to SOMEONE.

Great selection, lower prices than other well known vintage clothing providers (but same quality) and excellent customer service.

Bought a jumper from CV, and had issues with delivery (completely my own fault) straight away heard back from their customer service team who organised for the redelivery.
Jumper arrived and was exactly as it appeared on the site, was nice to see that even though the product was vintage it was in perfect condition. Will definitely be ordering from then again.

My package is stuck in customs in Holland. I wrote to cloakvintage asking what was going on with the package, they replied quickly saying that they would contact the carrier the next day. Never heard back from them. I then send one or two new messages through their online form, haven't heard anything. They're clearly not interested in helping customers outside of the UK, probably due to the brexit complications. It's the last time I buy from them, can't recommend.

I ordered an item off the website and it arrived the following week. Item looks new and fits perfectly so no problems with the service at all. I would say that the items are on the pricier side of things but I did manage to find a discount code online. Also look at the photos carefully as some items have marks on and it’s not always obvious in the description. Would shop there again.

I made a purchase and still didnt receive any information or mail confirmation. My number order is #14758 and i am waiting for some news to know if i will get my order. I can change and update my review, so I am hoping for the best and for this to be a real store. I also sended an email to customer service. Please let me know when i will get my jacket.

Scam. Waited over a month for my order. Did not reply to my multiple emails. They told me it was shipped when it wasn't. Told me I would be refunded delivery and I wasn't. Only sent of the item first class when I opened a paypal dispute with them. Do not buy from them.
