Ordered a balmain T-shirt for my son and wasn’t too keen on the style when it arrived. I asked if I could exchange for another one and Jamie left me a voicemail how to do this. Very polite, and told me I would get a code sent through, which I did very quickly. I ordered a givenchy T-shirt which my son loved. Very good quality. Really happy!

Tracking didn’t update due to dpd clearly but after a few days I did receive this item
