Item arrived a little later than was promised, I paid £6.99 for next business day delivery but arrived roughly 2 weeks later. 1 star taken off because of the issues I had but I will order again, so hopefully next review will be 5*.

Never had a bad experience with these, always helpful when messaging on Instagram too! Always turns up on time and look after their customers well.

I've ordered from clobber cartelz about 4 times and the service and quality of clothing and trainers has been bang on! 👌
Only complaint I do have is I ordered a stone island jumper before Christmas and dpd said they delivered it but I do not have it. Been chasing this with clobber cartelz for weeks now. I just want it resolved. Hopefully it will be soon. If this can be resolved then 5 stars all the way easy as prior to this service has been great

I had a few bumps in the road with my order (1 missing item & one wrongly sized item) however I got in touch, was asked to return wrongly sized item and the missing item along with the correct size would be sent back, albeit I was chasing communication they did do what they said they do and were always polite upon any communication. I now have my full correct order on time for xmas. Also I have used this website before with no issues and will probably continue to :)

I ordered a Canada Goose hat and paid for next day delivery on 10 December 2022. I received an emailed the next day to say that my order was processed and was given a DPD tracking number.

I chased the order on 13 December and was informed that I would have it by the Thursday…. never arrived and no update on the tracking. I emailed again, only to be sent an email of the DPD tracking page showing delays in deliveries due to adverse weather conditions and no information on my order. I then received a phone call on the same day at 16:22 saying that they no longer had black in stock - but my order was meant to have been dispatched on 11th December 2022?

I said I wanted to cancel the order and did receive a refund straightaway.

Regarding their reply - offered a choice of different colours 6 days after the supposed dispatch date.

Bought in Black Friday sale my transaction was faultless
