Though i received an original watch

Though i received an original watch, the the watch was not eligible for the warranty. The reason given to me was that the product is purchased outside of India and is not applicable for the warranty support. This should have been told beforehand to the customer and the company should not have claimed that the product is under warranty by manufacturer for the aforementioned time period.
This becomes a fraud on their end. Not happy with the service on this end.
