First time on the site and my first transaction went very smooth. Found exactly what I wanted the site layout is easy to use. The shipping was fast and came with no damage. I was brought to this site buy an artist. Honestly have never heard of it before but the site is 100% reliable and real. You can even get a refund within 180 days. Although my items arrived just as expected with no reason to return! I will definitely buy again!

I recently purchased for the first time from Clock Canvas I thought that this company was selling clocks but they also sell beautiful canvases. I purchased the angel canvas and it was beautiful. When I originally ordered I ordered the wrong size, and I had to contact the customer service and Britney helped me through the process to get the right size. Everyone was very helpful in getting me the right size canvas and it came promptly with no defects. This is a business out of Great Britain but it took no time for the order to get to me. I am remodeling my home and this was the perfect purchase. I will definitely order from them again. You can't go wrong with this company.

I ordered 2 items and they were delivered pretty fast! The quality is also really great! Keep in mind that customs may result in a delay.

I ordered a painting from them and in the estimated time it was in my country and on my wall. Highly recomended. The painting is highly detailed with very vivid colors.
I orderd the painting to be shipped in Romania, and it came in less than 27 days from the US (5 days it was in customs).

I ordered the wrong size. In a panic I called and their customer service representative Brianna was so professional and helpful. She changed my order and guaranteed me I would receive it before Christmas! Wouldn’t you know I received it well before Christmas! Not to mention it’s breathtaking and looks just like the advertisement! I can’t wait to place my next order!

Ordered a clock which never arrived and was provided with incorrect tracking details. When I contacted CC, they refused to help and was adamant that the order was delivered. They even went to say that their loyalty is with the couriers and that they trust the couriers word, they even insinuated that I could be lying. They would not even investigate what happened to the delivery and asked me to contact the couriers myself. No real contact info was provided and I chased DHL on a whim, several times. Got nothing. Luckily I was able to look into CCTV footage which confirmed that the order was not delivered. PayPal was able to refund the fees back after opening a dispute. Stay away from this company. The worst experience ever as a buyer!

I purchased a three-piece canvas set from ClockCanvas and had a really smooth buying experience. I discovered the site through a Google search and decided to take a chance on the site/product because the price (was on sale) was just too good to pass up. The Canvas pieces arrived in the mail within 11 days of placing my order. They look great. We opted for the wrapped canvas and are so happy that the canvas isn't thin, it seems to be good quality and the print on it doesn't look like a print, it actually looks like it was painted. Very happy and plan to purchase additional pieces from ClockCanvas in the future.
