ROI in just 6 days! 🤯
I'm blown away by the quality of this program. From the initial sales call and onboarding process to working with my manager, it's been a 5-star experience from start to finish. I saw a return on my investment in just 6 days, which honestly exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to the Closers team for all their support and guidance along the way. Highly recommend!
So much more than a funnel builder — they teach you everything
Working with Closers.io has been one of the best investments my co-founder and I made in growing our coaching business. We came in after my Facebook ad account got shut down and needed help getting leads back, what we got was a complete business education.
They helped us define our offer, shape how we deliver it, script and edit our video ads, and build our entire sales pitch from the ground up. They then optimized our Meta ad funnel to attract the right people, added strategic friction to filter for serious applicants, and helped us identify and fix the real bottlenecks in our sales process, like a low call show rate that was quietly capping our revenue.
Their coaching on discovery techniques led directly to breakthrough closes, and they helped our team develop the confidence and skills to close deals independently.
What sets them apart is that they teach you everything soup to nuts, how to build an irresistible offer, generate consistent leads, and build a marketing and sales process that actually works. They're not just executing tactics; they're building your capability alongside your business.
A special shoutout to Jess, our account manager, who was absolutely phenomenal. She was responsive, strategic, and genuinely invested in our success every step of the way and made it a no brainer decision to continue to invest in another 6-months to bring our business to 7-figures.
We would not be anywhere close to where we are without them. If you're a coach or service-based business owner who's serious about growth, we cannot recommend them highly enough.
Brutal truth if you want to get results…
Brutal truth if you want to get results in business
If you're like me, you read reviews looking for any cracks in the foundation before buying something. Especially something as important as your business.
I'm also going to have some fun poking at some of these recent negative reviews (terrible ethics, not enough support, and "surprise" terms).
So far my experience has been really solid, with a few rough patches my AM helped me through. Read the whole thing and I'll explain.
I had a business dependent on organic traffic and nearly went under when the leads dried up right around the time I had my 3rd kiddo. (10/10 would recommend, timing is everything.)
I tried running paid ads myself and basically just lost money. So I signed up hoping to fix that.
So to poke fun at the people complaining how hard it was to set up the funnel... yes, you're right, it's hard.
Closers gave me a drag and drop funnel that includes basically everything you need to make the whole thing work, automations and all, you just modify it to your business. That alone was super nice to have.
Rewriting the email automations to fit my offer was a pain in the ass. But 2 of my sales came from it this month. I just made $67,600 and hired another coach, my best month ever.
So I guess if you hate money and hiring coaches, you can complain about having your husband work late a few nights clicking buttons that print money. Look at the upside.
All poking aside, if you're already swamped you'll have to "push" a little your first time setting up a funnel, but once you do it once you kinda never have to change it. So if it feels really like a ton of extra work, it's worth it in the end.
The support calls were extremely good for paid ads. At first it feels like "wow there's a lot of people here," but there's also 2-3 media buyers, tech guys, and coaches there to help, and these guys do REALLY good work.
Here's where I have to go 5 stars. My account manager Tony did one call review with me and I closed a deal I otherwise wouldn't have enrolled. I get LOTS of these people, so it's a huge deal that I can close them now.
So Tony's on my good side, for now. I saw a review nearby complaining about AM response time.
Sometimes it feels like an emergency when you suck (remember... me... the guy who sucked at paid ads).
Tony doesn't live in my neighborhood. Tony doesn't call me frantically every time my testosterone drops below 790. What Tony did was give me undivided attention and quality guidance.
And here's the part I wish more people talked about. I'm a pretty skilled dude in some ways, but paid ads is new territory for me, and Tony calmed me down in the chaos. Having someone see around the corner for you is very valuable when you're in the thick of it.
One thing to watch out for: ads can be tricky. I tried setting up a campaign on my own and made a mistake that probably cost me $5,000 because I clicked one button wrong. They would have caught it if I'd asked. So it's best to really attend the ads calls. You just need to follow the system. I chalk it up to baby brain, haha.
I don't get some of the bad reviews below. Running a business is hard. Even the simple stuff is hard. I go to the group calls, I meet with my coach, and it's still hard. But they really do care, and they show it by sharing expertise when I'm confused or just doing things wrong.
Theres some people complaining about getting "sucked in" and terms changing...it's very straightforward. You get a dedicated account manager, access to dozens of calls a week where you get personalized support, and recruiting services if that's included. (which I bought too and that's next).
There are a few levels of support but they seem to customize the level to what you need on the sales call. So maybe just ask for clarity before handing over money if you're that turbo sensitive to terms.
Straight up the timing of when I enrolled "hurt" financially. I had to make it work. In no way did I let that make it an emergency where I expected closers to fix it all . I now have some key skills I was missing and a foundation to really build from.
So yeah, if you're looking for money to magically appear in your account while doing no work... not for you.
But if you're cool with working through the parts you're not skilled at yet and really leaning on the team, it's the best place you can put your money and time.
Closers don't come close to delivering what they promise.
Account managers are too busy for this job. The course content is really good, and I learned a ton about meta ads. The problem as you go through the training, they tell you to check with your AM before you actually implement the stuff they teach. I'm not a super patient person, and when I pay you, I expect you to follow through on your promises.
Once I complained, and I started to see an improvement. Stay tuned for the rest of the story.
🚨TERRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE🚨
🚨TERRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE🚨
We set up a zoom meeting for 11:00am est. today. I waited in the lobby for 25 mins and they never showed up. I was activity texting Emily who kept reassuring me that sunaina would be joining the zoom shortly. The time slot was for 11:00am that means be on at 10:45am….this company did not show up at all. I waiting until 11:15am and then left. Terrible organizational skills.
Made 8 Figures before 22 yrs old
I can confidently say that joining Closers.io was one of the best investments I’ve ever made.
At 21 years old, I’ve been able to become a millionaire, and a huge part of that journey started with the skills, mentorship, and opportunities I gained through this program. What separates Closers from everything else out there is that they don’t just teach theory—they give you a real roadmap, real accountability, and access to people who have already achieved the results you’re looking for.
A special shoutout to Spencer and Jet. Both of them have had a massive impact on my growth, not only in sales but in the way I think about business, discipline, and personal development. Their willingness to help, answer questions, and genuinely see people succeed is rare.
The sales skills I’ve learned have completely changed my life. Whether you’re looking to increase your income, build confidence, or create more opportunities for yourself, the lessons and network inside Closers are invaluable.
Looking back, the money I invested felt like a lot at the time, but it ended up being one of the highest ROI decisions I’ve ever made. The skills I developed will continue paying me for the rest of my life.
If you’re willing to put in the work, take coaching seriously, and execute, Closers can absolutely change your trajectory the way it changed mine.
Forever grateful to the team, the community, and everyone who played a role in helping me get to where I am today.
WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE
WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE
Unfortunately I ended up believe the nice promises I was told during the sales call. Again nice promises during the onboarding call
But the delivery is below average and what's worst is the team. So dishonest. They play nice but they do not care at all about the results they provide, and of course when you have anything to say it's your fault, they hide behind the contract or whatever excuse so they do not have to carry any responsability
I would advice anyone to stay away from this company
Not what they promise you
I am sharing my experience as a business owner who invested a significant amount of money into this program (12K) for a supposably done for you program. Based on that, I expected strategic guidance, support, and hands-on help with the key pieces needed to properly launch, capture leads, follow up, and convert. Unfortunately, my experience felt very different from what I expected. One thing I would caution other business owners about is the sales process. When you first connect, the program is presented in a very exciting way, and it can feel like they are promising you the world. As a business owner who wanted to grow, I trusted the process and believed I was investing into a higher level of support. But once I was actually inside the program, the expectations felt completely different from the reality. From the beginning, the main focus felt like getting everything done quickly so we could launch ads. I understand that ads are part of lead generation, but my concern is that the process seemed heavily focused on launching the ad itself, without enough attention on what happens after the ad.
Because the most important part is not just getting a lead.
It is having the right funnel, the right messaging, the right follow-up system, the right offer, the right sales process, and the right conversion strategy in place once that lead comes in.
That is where I felt the biggest disconnect.
In reality, much of the execution fell on us. My husband, who does not have funnel-building experience, ended up creating the funnels, landing pages, and much of the backend setup himself. For a $12,000 investment, I expected a much higher level of support and strategic direction, especially for something marketed as “done-with-you.”
A large part of the program involved being directed to go through videos and training materials, with the expectation that we would quickly learn how to become effective closers, build systems, run ads, and convert leads. It felt rushed and unrealistic to expect a business owner to absorb all of that quickly while also being encouraged to spend an additional $2,000 or more on ads.
For a small business, that is a serious financial commitment on top of the program cost.
My biggest concern is that I did not feel the process was properly tailored to my industry. I own a medspa, and I did not feel there was enough understanding of how medspa clients actually make decisions, how much trust is required, how important compliance and education are, or how different aesthetics and wellness services are from other industries.
After running ads and seeing that quality prospects were not coming in, my coach and I decided to stop the ads. The suggested approach was to change the title and re-record the video. However, even at that point, I started noticing that several things I was told would be handled for me were still not being completed including simple edits and questions within the funnel.
That made me seriously question whether I should continue investing more time and money into something that did not feel like it was being taken seriously. If basic funnel edits were not being completed after a $12,000 investment, I could not justify continuing to spend more on ads or closers.
Because of that, I decided not to continue moving forward with more ad spend or closers. I felt it would be irresponsible to keep spending money when the full process from lead capture to follow-up to conversion still did not feel strong, clear, or properly supported.
I also had a follow-up appointment scheduled to discuss next steps after making that decision, and I saw that it was canceled. That was extremely disappointing. At that point, what I needed most was clarity, support, and an honest review of what was not working. Instead, the cancellation confirmed the lack of professionalism I was already feeling throughout the process.
Looking back, my issue was not just one piece of the program. It was the overall process. The emphasis seemed to be on getting the ad launched, but not enough time was spent making sure the entire system behind the ad was strong enough to actually convert. A business needs more than leads. It needs clear messaging, proper funnel flow, realistic follow-up, sales support, offer clarity, and industry-specific guidance.
I understand that every business investment comes with lessons, and I am taking this as part of my growth process. However, I cannot say that my experience matched the investment. For me, this program felt less like “done-with-you” and more like a heavy training program where we were still responsible for figuring out and building most of the important pieces ourselves.
For the above reasons I dont recommend this program to anyone.
Closers perform poorly and make you pay regardless
Do not trust all the 5 star reviews on here, clearly planted. They definitiely overpromise and underdeliver. They might be good at closing but terrible at delivery. I hired closers.io for a done-for-you meta ads campaign for my new saas product. They're process was good but their ad media content was woefully poor for B2B saas, resulting in zero leads after over $1,000 ad spend. They used bad stock images for my ad and didn't seem to care that the ads were underperforming, instead choosing to blame me. They are confident that they're very effective and so they ignore poor results. They're claims to refund money if they don't perform are not true at all. They never considering refunding any of the money I spent (15,250) for this program.
Incredibly dishonest business practices. Business owners beware
I would strongly caution others before doing business with this company.
I paid $18,000 through Splitit after sales calls where the engagement, deliverables, and scope were discussed. After payment, I received the written agreement, and in my opinion, the contract significantly deviated from what had been represented on the sales calls and what I understood I was agreeing to.
The differences were not minor. The written agreement materially changed or limited key parts of the deal, including the scope of deliverables, the tech/CRM setup, refund language, liability limits, operational obligations, and other risk allocation terms. I raised these issues in writing and tried in good faith to work through revisions.
On May 1, I was told in writing: “If we don’t agree on the terms and you don’t sign the agreement, our team will refund you.”
Ultimately, we did not reach agreement, I did not sign the contract, and I requested a full refund within the refund window. Their team confirmed in writing that they would submit the refund request immediately.
Then, after I requested the refund, they attempted to deduct a 10% “processing fee” from the refund. This fee was not disclosed to me before payment, I never agreed to it, and there was no signed agreement authorizing it. From my perspective, this felt like an attempt to add a new condition to the refund after the fact.
I pushed back and requested confirmation that the full $18,000 refund would be processed and that any remaining scheduled payments would be canceled. Instead of receiving clear processor confirmation, I received repeated status updates that the refund had been submitted, required additional approvals, or had been escalated. It's now been more than a week since requesting the refund with no refund confirmed.
My experience was that the sales process moved quickly, but the written contract did not match key parts of what was discussed before payment. Then, when I decided not to proceed because of those material contract issues, the refund process became unnecessarily difficult and they attempted to impose a processing fee that had never been agreed to.
I would advise anyone considering this company to read the agreement extremely carefully before paying, get every promise and deliverable in writing, and be very cautious about relying on verbal assurances.
Closer Coaching Experience from a 19 y/o
This is a real and raw review that I'm writing with my voice transcription, so there's no way you could think it's AI. I got the closer course because I knew I had the skills, but I didn't have the direction. When I got assigned to my account manager, Anthony Del Rio, it catapulted me into a whole new understanding of the situation I was in. He understood where I wanted to go with my goals and truly helped guide me along the way to find out how I could use my skills to make a shit ton of money in today's world. Without going so, so, so deep into the multitude of ways that this STA course helps, I genuinely recommend that you book a call with them. See if your situation fits and lowkey ask for Anthony because he's the GOAT and the reason I'm writing this. He paid such close attention to the intricacies of my situation, stuff that has to do with my life outside of the STA course. He completely just helped bring me on a path to understanding the value within all that. Yes, I only got Anthony, but I'm sure most of their other coaches are like this, too. That's it for me, though I'd recommend.
Helped with hiring an appointment setter
Helped with hiring an appointment setter which was done efficiently and then helped with operational guidance as well. Would highly recommend if you are already making good money but stuck in a bottle neck, since adding the setter and implementing some changes I was able to grow from around 80k months to over 100 and now closing in on our first 150k month, with tons of room to grow further. Anthony was my account manager - he did a fantastic job. Would recommend to anyone looking to move to the next level in your business!
Matej is an amazing coach
Matej is an amazing coach, his coaching is very helpful and it's easy to implement.
Best in the industry
Doing daily tranings has helped my setting tremendously and helped me make a lot more money, especially working with the OG Matej!
Big Promises... Zero ROI... No Refund...
I responded to a Closers.io ad promising they would “install one closer into your business and help you scale.” I didn’t realize I was signing up for a coaching program where nothing is done for you.
It was a hard sell with massive promises upfront. My up front sales person said my high ticket offer was solid and would be pulling in major cash within a few weeks, no problem. In reality, this program is online courses and coaching. You do all the work: becoming your own tech, marketer, salesperson, video producer/editor, closer, and appointment setter. As a solopreneur, it was extremely time-consuming.
They may help connect you with a hired closer after you’ve built everything yourself. I spent $12K on their program + another $7K on ads. The leads were garbage and delivered zero ROI. I followed every step they recommended.
Worse, they charged my card $6K without authorization, which caused an overdraft. Their response was essentially “sorry bro.” The coaches kept pumping me up with “You’re gonna kill it with this ad, man” — classic hopium.
After going $20K in the hole, I requested a refund. They slow-rolled me for two entire months, never dealing with me respectfully or professionally
Throughout this program I kept a positive attitude. I did all the work. I showed up at the tech support meetings. I reported my progress. I shot and reshot videos. I did everything I was asked to do in a timely manner.
If I could do it over: I would never buy this program. Instead, I’d hire a legitimate marketing/media team to build my brand, create a real online presence, and generate high-quality, aligned leads.
Be cautious. Their people bragged openly about how many millions of dollars their company is worth on a yearly basis, then acted like a refund for a completely failed case was more than they could handle.
UPDATE 4/22/26: With zero communication, Closers.io kicked me out of their whole system after seeing this review. No refund, no respect, no communication, no professionalism. Unbelievable!
2nd UPDATE 4/28/26 And 5/5/26: Yegor is asking me to remove this review before he has a discussion about a refund with me. (Yes, it's in writing!)
3rd UPDATE 5/23/26: It's come to my attn that Closers is telling people reviews like mine are fake. I'm not fake. Google me!
4th UPDATE 6/8/26: Rather than be professionals and engage in productive resolution of this issue, Closers.io has decided to block me from their social media. In my opinion, once again demonstrating a lack of the most basic skills in business… respect.
5th UPDATE 6/11/26: All of a sudden out of absolutely nowhere, several brand new 5 star Trustpilot reviews appear, completely unprompted. Guys... Just contact me and deal with this and stop playing games.
6th UPDATE 6/15/26: 15 brand new 5-star reviews in the past 5 days for Closers.io. It's a Christmas miracle for Closers.io!
7th UPDATE 6/17/26: What a goose, Cole. Those 1 star reviews keep coming even through the sudden burst of brand new 5 star reviews. I have direct conversations with my customers when they're not satisfied. It's a good practice.
8th UPDATE 6/23/26: Received an email from Trustpilot that Closers.io needs "more details to better understand your experience." and that "If we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine." This company knows exactly who I am and instead of dealing with me directly, this is how they choose to operate.
9th UPDATE 6/30/26: Buyer beware: Closers.io appears to systematically remove negative Trustpilot reviews by disputing them as defamatory or fake. Critical reviews often disappear unless reviewers closely monitor their emails and actively contest the disputes. Many legitimate complaints from dissatisfied customers have been suppressed this way. I have email proof and so do others.
Terrible experience with this company.
Terrible experience with this company.
Made time for them twice, i am a busy person. Every time i booked they would send me 2-3 text messages and 2-3 emails about how awesome they will be etc. First time the person didnt show up, and the second time they cancelled the meeting 1 hr before with no explamnation. I reqached out to this 'real' agent by email, by text, via instagram - no response. If you dont know how to follow your own leads then how can you teach me?
Verbal and written commitments not honoured; auto-payments taken against agreed terms
We signed a 12-week Client Services Agreement with Sales Team Accelerator LLC (Closers.io) in November 2025 for $12,000, covering sales team development and marketing support for our property mentorship business.
Before signing, we made it clear we could not agree to automatic payment collection given our cash position. The Sales Rep confirmed in writing — and on a recorded call — that payments would not be collected automatically, and that he would instruct the finance team accordingly. We also received a written document from the Sales Rep that included an ROI guarantee and a 'love it or leave it' clause. We signed on the basis of those written and verbal commitments.
Contrary to those commitments, automatic payments were collected. When we raised a refund request in February 2026 on the basis of the written addendum (which meets the contract's own refund criteria), we were told by a different team member (our Coach) that the written addendum was 'not valid', that the verbal agreement could not override the contract, and that the refund was not warranted.
We have: (a) a full call recording in which the commitments are made; (b) WhatsApp messages from the Sales Rep confirming he had instructed finance not to charge automatically; and (c) the written document from the Sale Rep confirming the ROI guarantee. Despite presenting this evidence multiple times, the matter has not been resolved.
We are sharing this experience to ensure others are aware that verbal and written commitments made during the sales process may not be honoured. We recommend that any agreements beyond the standard contract are incorporated in a formal, countersigned addendum before signing.
These guys are absolutely AMAZING
These guys are absolutely AMAZING.
Everything runs smoothly, and your account manager takes care of you in every single step.
If you’re a sales rep looking forward to build your career, this is indeed a great place ti be in.
No Show 4 Xs!
I scheduled 4, yes 4 calls with these guys, they keep asking you to confirm and NOT 1 showed up to the call. Extremely unprofessional, have zero idea how these guys are a sales org and cant even make their own confirmed calls.
Genuinely one of the top 3 programs…
Genuinely one of the top 3 programs I’ve ever joined. They helped me start closing deals on cold traffic and literally helped me level up so much as a person and also as a salesperson.
If you get Moe as an account manager trust me, you’re in good hands.
The only way you’d not succeed in this program is if YOU don’t put in the work.
Closers.io is seriously lucky to have Moe as an account manager.
Genuinely the best in the game without a doubt in the sales space specially.
Moe also helped me triple my revenue.
