Initially, the user interface allowed me to search for 2 rooms for 2 people but when I booked, I got 1 room for 2 people for the price that was quoted for 2 rooms. Not really a great experience. I had to cancel the reservation. After reporting this, the support team looked at the user interface and have let me know that this was indeed an error that will be addressed. Much appreciated to have been taken earnestly. I am upgrading the review from 2 stars to 4 (cannot give 5 as I did have to cancel) but the customer service warrants an upgrade in my review.

The experience was great from beginning to end. Being able to navigate the site to narrow down the exact location I needed to stay and knowing the actual driving time and distance was amazing. The information available and being able to fine tune the amenities was extremely helpful too. On top of all of that, the prices offered were great!
