Ordered a purse 3 days ago and has not been shipped even though it says 24-48 hours. Because of that I decided to look up reviews and looking at these makes me very upset. I am not expecting to get my purse anytime soon after seeing that so many people had to wait so long and I’m very disappointed. I expected to get my bag a week within placing my order but it seems that nobody gets there orders on time. Their bags are pretty expensive so I’m disappointed in the lack of service that most people receive including myself.

Paid but have no purse
I placed and paid for an order that they said they sent out. I have not received it which is not necessarily their fault. Why I give them a 1 is because I have called and left 3 messages on their phone number and emailed them 3 times and I have gotten no reply.
***NOTE*** Upon posting this negative review I heard from them and got the refund for the purse. I am not changing my review because it should not have gotten to this point to rectify this

I don't know how many emails i have sent for update on order. It has been 10 days since I placed my order. The tracking still shows order received. I called twice and left message. no one is responding. i will never order from here again

Beware! This company will not refund!
I returned my order per Closet Ritual’s instructions with their provided label. The tracking number confirmed the package has been received by them and a refund has still not been issued. I’ve sent two emails and left three messages (they never answer) requesting the refund as they have received my return. No return email or phone call and still have not refunded. I will be contacting my credit card company to file a dispute. Stay away from this company!!

The purse came with two defective zippers. Through 3 emails, they keep insisting on sending me another one to "make it right". Their site states that they offer easy returns. They refuse to send me Return Instructions, even though I have requested them 4 TIMES in 4 emails. Avoid this vendor.

I ordered my 1st bag from this company about a month ago. I love it. It looked better in person than on the site. Made another purchase and received the wrong handbag but I don't want to be bothered with sensing it back at all.

Received a damaged handbag
Received my handbag. Very pretty but zipper was broken. Customer service responded and sent a return label. Now I can’t get any kind of response regarding refunding my money. Seems like a scam. I will probably have to open a dispute with my credit card company to get a resolution. I am very disappointed with my experience. Don’t recommend taking a chance with this vendor

Beware of this company. I ordered a purse and it was not like the picture, looked cheap. I returned it for a refund. They have had it for over a month and still no refund. I've called and left messages and emailed them and no response.
