So after much emailing and leaving a review here, they emailed me back after ordering on the 24/11/23 saying: sorry for the delay if I have not received my order with 2 days contact them back for my money back which I have on more than one occasion. Still no order, money back or response. I’m livid they are on companies house and can see where they are yet no telephone number!
I am going to the police, ombudsman and trading standards if nothing by tomorrow afternoon as this seems like pure theft. Had enough!
Well no surprise they have not contacted me back they have not paid me back my money or sent me the item. I’m truly disgusted. I’ve reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards and am going to the police on Saturday it’s actually theft.

Terrible customer service and poor returns policy. Avoid at all costs if you can

Wow!!!
Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Took numerous attempts to contact anyone about our missing order .
Eventually took up a Paypal case.
The person communicating was above rude actually called me stupid.
Long and short of it .. threatened trading standards then hey presto my order arrived on 48 hr royal mail delivery.
Fake company avoid at all costs will never use again.
Shop with people who give a damn ... 4 week wait for products no longer acceptable

Item never received. Lack of/next to no communication from retailer. No refund given so had to go via bank for a refund! BEWARE!!!!

Do not buy off this site waited 2 weeks for item which I didn’t think I would receive and it’s arrived and it’s FAKE and a bad one too I’m absolutely gutted been emailing and no reply what’s so ever

Bought a Palm-Angels t-shirt on Black Friday and it just arrived yesterday after many emails and instagram messages to try and get an update they only replied once and wouldn’t update me on a delivery time frame. The T-Shirt itself is fake and I’ve since sent messages him again with no reply. Do no entertain this company. Stay well clear.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Same experience as others, took ages to arrive, when it did eventually arrive it was the wrong size! I have tried every way to contact them but with no success.

do not use this company. its a scam. item ordered 26th November still no sign or any correspondence apart from the fact they have took my money. was meant to be 3 to 5 days delivery. massive let down.

Placed an order for a Palm Angels T-Shirt on 16th November as a Christmas present for my son. Still haven't received the item and the customer service has been appalling. They initially blamed Royal Mail, but couldn't provide any tracking details or even a date it was posted. Now they are just ignoring e-mails and insta dms.

Still waiting on my order from the 24th of November, it is now the 5th of December. ( ment to be 3 to 5 day delivery). They have received my money .I have asked for my tracking number about 5 times and still waiting for a reply!
