They charged a subscription without my knowledge,when i asked them for refund they said they will refund in next 5-10 days,when i emailed them them to consider my request i got no response

I was scammed through the pop up adverts on Chrome. I paid for the delivery fees. I kept getting messages that my delivery will arrive. My delivery never arrived. :(

I had requested a refund and they were very helpful to have my refund processed in a timely manner. Great service!

This company took money out of my account without my permission. According to them I have an active membership with them which is not true. There was an ad on TikTok where you get a mystery bag for like R39. 00 then This site pops up while you are still busy. It feels like I was scammed blindly. They confirmed that my membership was cancelled and that I will receive my refund within 10 working days. Let's hope I was not scammed by these people.

Out of nowhere, this company started taking money out of my bank. I had never heard nor seen this company. I raised the issue to my bank and on the clothesiwant website. It turned into an email conversation with who I can only describe as a robot. I asked for a refund for the 10 payments they have taken to be told they 'don't issue refunds'. They told me I'd subscribed to their website which is utter nonsense seeing as I've never heard of them. They refused to listen to me and every time I highlight this I get a response which is a duplicate of the previous ones. I asked to speak to a manager and received the same response!! It's not a conversation I'm having at all, I'm not sure what's going on but this company needs shutting down. I don't know where else to turn to get my money back. I have cancelled my card to ensure no more is taken, robbing bastards.
