Ordered two “Nike” quarter zip sweaters. Took a month to arrive. They are fake. No Nike labels or tags. Requested a refund and they told me to ship them back to Hong Kong at my expense! Conditions of returns are the items have to have tags on. The goods had no tags on!! After several emails they offered me 50% refund and I can keep the items! Why should I keep fake poor quality goods that are only fit to use as dusters! Dispute now underway with my credit card company. AVOID

I ordered 4 blank hoodies from this company. When wearing one of the hoodies for the first time, I realized the stitching in one of the arms had come apart. I called the company directly to advise them of the defect. I was told they would make a 1 time exception and accept the garment as a return. However, upon learning that the garment had been pressed with my company logo, they rescinded their offer to accept the return.
Given that the company’s branding is selling clothing “for crafting and DIY projects”, I find their practices to be deceptive at best.
I would highly advise against doing business with this company

which became clear AFTER I opened a not received case with PayPal, who did an INSTANT refund. Clearly this outfit is a cheat, thief, fraud, scam.
Do not even waste your time.
Reply to review dodges the point - as outlined in the original review. Whatever they say, the clothing online dot com was the name on the cart details and the charge actually went to Ahmad Aita

So somebody (Ahmad Aita) hijacked the Orton Bros. store front and set-up clothing online dot com to be the supposed seller, anyway PayPal instantly recognized the transaction as a fraud and refunded m,uk account. So clothing online dot com better get busy and get this site dealt with, as denial is not going to cut it.

ordered 2 pink t-shirts. Beautiful. Only they sent size Med instead of LG. I have tried online and by phone to no avail. I guess our church will be able to hand out these to people in need. You can use this company, but I will not. Be forewarned.

SHE EXPLAINED THAT THEY WERE IN 2 SEPARATE AREAS OF WORK AND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE ORDER ARRIVES THEN GO BACK ON THE SITE AND CANCEL IT, IT APPEARS THAT I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO WAIT AS I DID, SO YESTERDAY 6/2 I GET THE ORDER AND I WENT TRY TO CANCEL IT, THEY KEPT MY TAXES AND THE SHIPPING FEES. FOLKS MAKE SURE THAT YOU WANT THIS ORDER BECAUSE YOU ARE ABOUT TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR FUNDS. I DID EMAIL THEM AGAIN AND CALLED THE AGENT NOW

No refund of £100 order that I did not receive
Placed an order worth over £100 on the 1st of September and did not receive it. I messaged business account and sent them a picture of my bank statements which clearly showed the money has been sent to her however she denied receiving payment even though my bank has told me she has received it. Customer service is very bad. Owner of the business is rude and condescending. Would not order from again owner of the business is a thief

I ordered several items from the Clothing Store Online and first, none of the items have tags on them so if they’re gifts you may want to know that. Second, hoodies were stated to be 30 inches long on the body yet were only 27 inches. Third, the hoodies were supposed to be “Heavy” which they are not in my opinion. However, their customer service is great!

Worst Customer Service. Placed an order for over $5000 for an event, Clothing Company did a mistake in my address causing the order to deliver after our event date. Custom service would not attempt to help and causing our company so much loss. Would not recommend even if it is the only company in the market. Terrible Customer service

This is complete scam. They take the money and send completely unrelated random items, and there is nothing you can do about it. Their customer care does not exist, even the email bounces. Don't waste your money, however good the offers are; they give such offers because they never intend to deliver any of the items to you.
