Horrible, wish I would have checked the reviews before I ordered. The product looks nothing like the advertised. I got a pillowcase of a jersey meaning it look like somebody just took a picture and just decided to just use cloth to make a t shirt for the jersey, horrible and embarrassing.

This place it trash, I never got what I ordered it’s going on a month . They keep giving me tracking number and end up being fake. They keep saying that it’s been delivered to my house and that’s a lie because I have cameras all around my house. This place is a scam . F them. Don’t buy from them if I could I wouldn’t even give them 1 star

Dont buy anything from this website! I bought a so called waffle shirt for the Super Bowel yesterday and the shirt looked like a fake Waffle shirt. I asked for a refund and they want to give me $6 from the $30 something dollars I paid for the shirt which was suppose to be gift. Their a joke! I wish I would of saw some of these reviews before I did a purchase. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, THEIR A FRAUD!

Shipping took almost a month and when the product arrived the quality was horrible. I would never even wear it.

100% a scam. Don’t even visit the website or they will steal you credit card information.

I never received my merchandise. This company said that it was delivered but I never got it and the tracking # they gave me was bogus. After several e-mails to them, I was still not compensated for the cost even though this company took the money out of my account right away. They have made no attempt to reimburse me or send me what I ordered and paid for. Do NOT do business with them!!!

Wow, I wish I would've seen these reviews before I bought my purchase. Not only did it take two months to get the product, but they told me several weeks into this process that the product was delivered at my house and it was actually still sitting in customs in Chicago. When I finally got the product, the main color of the product was way different than what it showed online. I contacted them through email, I was asked to send an , I was asked to send a picture of the product and I sent what they had online and was told that the warehouse confirmed that's what they sent. They only offered a four dollar refund for this product that did not look anything like what they showed online.

I placed an order and never heard from them again!! I reached out to their support e-mail that they provide and got not response. No merchandise! This must be a scam!! Let people know NOT to order as these ads are all over instagram!

Company is a scam. Took over 2 1/2 months to get my order and finally get it and nothing fits. Everything runs at least 2 sizes to small. They respond to emails once every couple days. Will not give you info on how to return the product. Absolutely could be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY!

terrible, never received my item and when i contacted the site, they said that i would have to send money for them to send me another one. Terrible site! do NOT order off of them.

Horrible material and company . The product was made of poor material , not as advertised , late and they have been difficult and offered me $6 and $8 on my return of $82.never buy from here .

This company is a disgrace! I ordered a shirt in size small and simply wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. They told me that wasn't an option and offered me $5 as a "goodwill gesture." Please don't buy anything from this company. They should be put out of business!

The order took forever to deliver from Italy. When it arrived, it was so terrible I immediately just dropped it off at Goodwill. Serves me right for ordering off Facebook. Never again.

Worst company ever!!! Purchased a red freedom sweatshirt to honor Charlie Kirk and received a very POOR quality red sweatshirt that had white throughout as if it was white washed!!! Contacted the company and they offered $7 refund and said their customer service department said it was authentic!!! Asked for complete refund or new sweatshirt and they advised I would need to send back to CHINA which would be expensive and at my cost!! What a joke!! DO NOT ORDERFRIM THIS SITE!!

This is what I just wrote to their support…..Seriously! I am willing to accept $20.00 for something that I paid $30.00 for and is literally worth $5.00! You should be ashamed of yourselves and especially for a charity that is meant to do good! Embarrassing to say the least and even for me for falling for such a mediocre item. Cloth Secret is a deplorable company. Mine came approx a full month late from Spain! had no idea I was buying from a company located outside the USA. The quality of the shirt I bought was poor. The material was scratchy to the skin, the size M was more like a size Small. I tried returning it but they would not do it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Cloth Secret IS A SCAM!
Has anyone tried to sue them?

Nothing like what I ordered . Poor quality and the iron on they used is even messed up. The m is apart from where it needed to be . What a rip off. One day I will learn not to order off Fb. And of course no return because was on sale. That is how they get away with it.

We ordered 2 Freedom sweatshirts. They are nothing like the picture showed. They are the UGLIEST sweatshirts I’ve ever seen. So we’re out $69. For something we won’t wear. I wouldn’t even donate these. Very disappointed

I’ve been waiting for over a month for 2 shirts. They are not complicated designs, yet I paid more than I should have and still don’t have them. The company made it look like they were part of an effort to support Charlie Kirk’s legacy but looks like it is a scam. Lots of shipping updates with no product delivered. Stay away from them!
