I got scammed using this and I really really need my money back :( I have deposited just over 15k and they won’t allow me to withdraw my own funds, When I explained to the traders on WhatsApp that I needed to withdraw my funds, they explained to me that it would take a few days to terminate my account and contracts, in which I could then receive my own money. However, once they did finalise the process and ended my account they said that my account "has outgrown the specified equity threshold for a free trial". While the termination process was taking place, they had rapidly created high profit trades to make it look like I went above the threshold. Then, they said I need to pay a fee of roughly $1,743.18-$2280.44 USD to reactivate my account so I can be eligible to withdraw, but I believe I am being scammed. They are holding my own money that belongs to me, and I DESPERATELY need it all back. I would appreciate some help to retrace the transactions. I made the deposits from CoinSpot to Cloud Market Hub.

Scam site, I only invested a little and they keep trying to get me to invest more so i decided to take my money out and they are making impossible unless I deposit more money and thats not happening. Its going to be a loss for me but ill be reporting them to any and all agencies that will hear me.

I’m trying to withdrawl from my account and was told no as it would “destabilize it”. They have 24 hours or FBI is on this. If they do the right thing I’ll change my review.

After investing a lot of money they make it impossible to withdraw your money and customer service only responds when they are trying to get you to deposit more money. By “customer service” I mean some kind of AI chat. There is not way to talk to an actual representative. Pretty sure it’s a scam
