The website claims 99.9% up time

The website claims 99.9% up time. It has completely gone down twice in the 2 weeks I have been with them, the support doesnt exist. You can only reach billing on the phone and there is multiple messages that say that the only technical support is online and not to call billing for technical support. No estimate as to how long it will be down for and I am on the verge of losing a client now because this server is integral to the service i am proving from my business. absolutely awful
