Extremely positive experience working with Cloud Analysts

Jimson at Cloud Analysts transformed our use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Loyalty Cloud. He was able to both re-architect our existing technology while also delivering an incredible amount of feature work for our CRM ops team, marketing, and for our customers. We work at an incredibly fast pace here with a lot of balls in the air, and Jimson was able to calmly organize all the stakeholder asks, and help get them through the finish line. I would definitely work with Cloud Analysts again if I had Salesforce needs in the future.
