Honestly Cloudbeds makes my life easier, since I have been working in reservations for three years plus with Excel sheets :-(
I found a great difference especially the ratio for error is awaaaaaay different and more less in Cloudbeds.

We have an issue with a security breach for over a week now, the support service we have received has been appalling most of our tickets have not even been opened or responded to, our system is completely inaccessible during this time and the damage it is doing to our trade is very severe.
We just keep getting automated responses and then it takes about 24 hours between each reply for a response if any at all.

consistently glitchy, significantly disrupting our operations and leading to financial losses. We have contacted customer support numerous times, but none of our issues have been resolved. We only receive standard responses that are of no help.
What is particularly frustrating is that no one responds to our repeated requests to arrange a call with management or technical staff. This level of customer care is simply unacceptable. Because of their poor service, we are losing money and unable to resolve our problems. We do not recommend this service until they fix their numerous issues and learn how to properly support their customers.

I'm appalled at experience with Cloudbeds Property Management System (PMS), which has left our hotel in a state of utter chaos and our guests vulnerable to malicious attacks. In what can only be described as a catastrophic security breach, Cloudbeds failed spectacularly to protect our data, resulting in a hacker gaining unfettered access to our system and sending fraudulent emails to our guests, soliciting their credit card information under the guise of our establishment.
Let me begin by expressing my profound disappointment in Cloudbeds' gross negligence and incompetence. Despite entrusting them with sensitive guest information, including payment details, we received no warning whatsoever about any potential security vulnerabilities. No proactive measures such as two-factor authentication or even a simple notification for new sign-ons were in place, leaving us defenseless against cyber threats.
The repercussions of this abysmal failure have been nothing short of devastating. Our guests, rightfully alarmed by the prospect of their financial data falling into the wrong hands, have understandably chosen to cancel their reservations en masse. This exodus has not only dealt a severe blow to our revenue stream but has also shattered the trust and goodwill we've painstakingly built with our clientele over the years.
The emotional toll this ordeal has exacted on our team cannot be overstated. The stress and anxiety of managing the fallout from Cloudbeds' unforgivable lapse in security have been relentless. We find ourselves grappling not only with the practical implications of financial loss but also with the profound sense of betrayal that comes from being failed so egregiously by a purported partner in safeguarding our business interests.
In conclusion, I urge any hotelier considering Cloudbeds as their PMS provider to proceed with extreme caution. Their cavalier attitude towards security leaves much to be desired and poses a grave risk to the integrity of your business operations. Until Cloudbeds demonstrates a genuine commitment to rectifying these glaring deficiencies and restoring faith in their platform, they remain unworthy of your trust and unwelcome in any establishment that values the safety and security of its guests above all else.

Very worrying. Their new engine is unable to display properly the available rooms for some dates through Google hotel search. Result of this! Your visitors will not be able to check your real availabiltly. it's been one month we informed them about this, and still no debug. there is no IT service to develop or debug quicker, weak customer service. Avoid, Cloudbeds is not what it was anymore. I'm looking to change very soon.

Recently Cloudbeds had created so much headache for us. Several bookings with payments made through Paypal were returned to the customers suddenly without our consent/knowledge. Some bookings made by the customers through our website were missing in the system. When we enquired, Cloudbeds had just replied and said "We have paused work on Paypal issues to prioritize other projects. There are no plans to revisit these cases at this point, so there won't be updates in the foreseeable future." So meaning they had no intention to attend to our complaints as they feel that our complaints are not important. Would not recommend Cloudbeds to anyone if you do not want to face the same issue.

As per my experience, cloudbeds PMS is really a powerful online application for hoteliers. It doesn't only fulfil what's necessary in daily hotel operation but also have other vital functions for managers / owners in doing audit or analysing.
However, the application can still further improve in getting the app run on mobile application. This will help reservation to work easier when being able to check any particular booking or help sort out the problem while being on the road.
