Absolutely shocking service. They advertise a 2-day turnaround, but after an entire week, my conversion was still not completed. Even worse, there was absolutely no communication throughout the delay—not a single update or explanation. There was also no way to get in touch with them, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
Cloudconvert.co.za does not have any open communication channels. They do not reply on any emails and does not have a telephone contact number. Waiting more than 4 days to convert my data. Till date nothing has happened. Poor service. I will also inform Xero and Sage Online Accounting.
Cloud convert terrible from start to finish
We converted our accounting system to Xero from Sage with the "support" of Cloud convert.
The conversion was a mess and we are still dealing with the issues today. Cloud Convert knew of the issues converting these two systems but did not advise us before we converted.
They then provided the poorest service and didn't respond to our queries via the only channels that they provide and denied receiving our queries.
I cannot, would not and do not recommend this company.
