it was such an easy process getting set up and running.

Nice selection of playlists. As a middle eastern restaurant, I just wish there was also a selection of mediterranean/middle eastern/North African music to suit our ambiance.

I have tried a few different options that left me rather frustrated and feeling like I had to watch playlist and skip songs that were inappropriate for our store. I'm glad I found CloudCoverMusic.com! Takes the stress out of finding the right music. Makes it seem more professional and vibrant in our store.

Great music,easy set and easy to program.

The reliability is a fantastic jump from out previous solution. I would like the ability to find single songs or create a playlist, but it isn't a huge issue.

Feature rich portal with dayparting and scheduling and global/local settings for each device. Mixing of stations in the same playlist is such an amazing (and underrated) feature.

Reasonable monthly subscription.

Areas of improvement:
Mobile app. While nice and does the job, it needs a little polishing, and the extra features found on the web portal.

Wishlist:
Would be ideal if in the future, music videos are offered along side music. Would be cool to play tracks on a screen with the corresponding music video of the track, or cool animated videos of some sort if an official video is not found.

Relatively easy to use, and the price is just right. More importantly, I needed family friendly music that had no explicit lyrics and Cloud Cover Music came through for us. Thank you!

I've had a handful of issues since starting our subscription, nothing crazy but general new program issues and how to use the program effectively. Every question or concern I've had has been addressed very quickly and politely! best customer service I have ever received. They even added new music to the station our company prefers so that we would have a larger playlist to listen to! Couldn't recommend this service enough.

Horrible system, always stops and we don’t have great customer support

Music variety is almost too good as in you rarely hear the popular songs you wanna hear from each genre/station. Songs don't seem to be normalized. There was a Prince song playing that was super soft and could barely hear it, then the next song was so loud I had to turn it down. The song after that was back to quite and could barely hear it. Very annoying and if it keeps up I'll look elsewhere for commercial music.

We find that the music mixes incorporate a lot mysteriously unknown music. The service sprinkles in a few more common artists but the overall feel is that the mix is now well assembled.

I love the ease of use -- it'd be nice to highlight specific artists... but outside of that the playlists are clean and easy to setup. The genre's make deciding on a theme very simple, and the playlists keep fresh content going which takes a lot of the work out of deciding on music... I can even let the staff decide without worry that we'll have some explicit playlists going while families are in the area.
