I was charged twice for the annual fee…

I was charged twice for the annual fee payment. I paid the annual fee once but they said it wasn’t paid. Then I had to pay again but later found out I was charged twice. Working on getting a refund. The cloud box is still not working, need some help from Cloud company so far haven’t gotten any help. What a mess!

To be honest we had Pandora Music with…

To be honest we had Pandora Music with Mood Music... 15 years exactly... out "box" went out and wanted to charge us about $150 for a new box, while new customers were getting a new ones for free.

I found Cloudcover through a search, they offered 14 days free, plus a "box" was optional, which allowed us to get up and running right away in our coffeehouse. I will probably buy a box in the future, but their app is far superior than moodmusic (aka Muzak)

So far, not excited about it

So far, I’m not that excited about the service. I’ve had technical issues with connecting the cloud box to my Bluetooth speakers since day one. When I try to play from my phone, it will play one song then stop and I will need to restart the service. I’m hopeful there is an easy technical fix but I just haven’t had the time to be on the phone with customer service just yet. Fingers crossed we find a solution.

Needs better control

The cloudbox is hard to manage when I am not in the office because when my computer shuts off the device shuts off.

Dont buy. New customer received CLoudbox it…

New customer received CLoudbox it worked for a few days I chatted with support which took 45 minutes to begin conversation to verify audio did not work. Agent did not send replacement box and put on hold for shipment and I returned old one? Luckily I followed up a week later to find new one hadn't shipped for grand opening. Canceled it. Dont waste the hundred just stream off an old device.

Good stuff

Honestly, a great option that's MUCH less expensive than Spotify's business option and still gets the job done plenty well, both with pre-made stations and Pandora stations that I make--especially if I'm willing to hit the like and dislike buttons... this sounds like a scripted review haha but I swear it's a real person... me... There is no phone call help service

There is no phone call help service. I have cloud box from last week but was not able to play a single song.I called 3 times left a message but no prompt response.
