Amazing quality, fantastic prices and fast delivery

Very happy with the quality and service from Cloud Craft. Was recommended to get my materials from there by SewYeah. Really happy I did as the felt is amazing quality for such good prices. It’s not transparent at all and it’s strong even for 1mm. Delivery was fast and on time which meant I could finish what I was doing over the weekend. Packaging was lovely too with a nice personal note on the invoice! Thank you!

Delightful supplier

Delightful supplier. Quick and efficient at processing and delivering my small order. Excellent quality product.
I love the plant based packaging with pic of turtle stating " Thanks for Keeping the Sea Plastic Free.

Great experience - fantastic selection of craft goodies

I ordered some embroidery thread and sticky solvy and I am impressed! Ordering very close to Christmas with the Royal Mail strikes I didn't think I'd receive my order but thankfully Cloud Craft upgraded my postage and I received it incredibly quickly! That's what I'd say is great customer service - I'd happily order again!

Brilliant

Brilliant - definitely recommend. Have ordered a few times and each time things have arrived when expected and are excellent quality. A glitch one time was sorted out very speedily and generously.
