Great product! Customer Care team is also very responsive.

I was having trouble getting the program to open with my One Drive. I sent a request for help and received a response the next day. I was able to open One Drive and resume deleting duplicates.

Great tool for cleaning cloud storage 100k removed. Accurate scans, easy to use, and the customer service was excellent — fast replies and they solved my issue quickly.

The software did not work. The service rep says it did, but there is still the same amount of OneDrive files/photos.

sadly, they don't support pcloud yet, but, when I contacted support about this, they were really helpful. didn't give me some scripted response about, "thank you for your feedback," actually explained they'd like to support pcloud but the programmers were very busy at the moment and the prospects weren't great, gave an honest, none scripted answer. made alternative suggestions of how to dedup my pcloud data and were very friendly. 10 out of 10 for authentic, helpful support that actually cares about customers.

Cloud Finder found more than 9,000 duplicate files in One Drive, which helped immensely in cleaning up my files, they offered customer service that worked with my schedule.

The person helping me today was very patience with me and so helpful, no question was ignored. I asked about one program and another one better was installed and used and helped me with my situation that I have been working on for years. I will pass this companies website on to other folks and let them know if they ask questions they will get a good answer back.

I am just starting to use CDF, and I have to say that I am IMPRESSED. While I do not understand the technical aspects of the software, it does what it claims to do VERY WELL! Now for what impresses me so far: The technical assistance is THE BEST I have experienced in the IT world. It has been very quick to respond, clear, and very knowledgeable! I HIGHLY recommend the software and the support! If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Gets the job done -- removes duplicate files on cloud drives. Customer service was wicked fast and I could tell I was talking to a real person. A bit expensive for what it is but I really needed this done and I couldn't find any other product with the same service.

i have been using your site for a long time and i actually absolutely love the usefulness and accuracy of your awesome service provided.

I wish they would integrate with iCloud which would make my life complete. But for now, I use the duplicate file finder and duplicate or similar photo finders for Microsoft One Drive. When I first subscribed, I successfully decluttered my Google Drive then transferred all my data and photos to Microsoft One Drive to have a more simplified search process when locating files, data and photos.

I am the type of person who auto syncs every single Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint document to One Drive along with every single photo I take on my iphone also goes straight to my One Drive.

At times, my phone and laptop sometimes sync the same data especially images to my One Drive storage. (Such as when I click to view a photo I took on my phone on my computer, instead of downloading to my laptop, I have it set to download into my One Drive which creates unnecessary duplicates that Microsoft doesn't make easy to delete because Microsoft just automatically gives my photo a new name by adding a "1" or so at the end and for no reason at all encourages the cluttered overwhelming mess of too many files and photos by doing things like this.)

The only affordable, accurate and successful solution for me was the "similar photo finder" feature that this site offers.

Thank you cloud duplicate finder for helping me declutter my desktop, phone, google drive, microsoft one drive and please add the option to help me with my overcrowded Apple iCloud because I have a TERRIBLE habit of screenshotting old photos to move them to the most recent view without having to scroll to find them and my PAID subscription for iCloud is beyond FULL and I am not ready to remove everything from my phone/iCloud and transfer to my paid One Drive subscription... I like having it all on my iphone.

For anyone doubting whether or not they should get this subscription- do not waste your time on thinking about it and just get the lifetime subscription to never worry about having to pay for it again. This is the only site you need to use.

I forgot to mention! When the site has located your choice of exact files/ photos or potential duplicates/similar photos (not files), you will have the view of the list of file names and the ability to view the entire enlarged file/ photo or view a partial screen view of these items to make sure you know what your deleting.

Another cool feature that this app has that similar products don't is that after you complete your scan, you can choose to move all the items to a new folder and view it later OR you can immediately delete the clutter off your cloud storages to gain some peace of mind.

Cool feature is the ability to perform scans in individual folders, individual clouds, hard scans, exact matches and less intense scans that i can not remember the name of now!

This was exactly what I needed, on the rare occasions that it worked. Far too often it missed every single duplicate file. It often found a few but not all duplicates. I asked their Support for help but after an initial email there was no help, just a vague offer to sort to out as a video call that never took place. Using this app has been a frustrating waste of my time and money.

I struggled doing this on my own as I had photos under several accounts. I wanted them scanned for duplicates and combined into one account. Raza did an amazing job over several hours to get this done with me. I am very happy with her help in getting me changed for the future. Thank you Raza

Cloud Duplicate Finder has been amazing at un tangling all the duplicates in my Dropbox! Additionally, the Support group is top-notch - always prompt & effectively answering/solving my questions! Thank you!!

When I purchased the Cloud Duplicate Finder (CDF) it was bundled with a companion program: Clone File Checker (CFC).
Both are similar in that it is effective at finding and deleting duplicate files except that the CDF is from the perspective from all your cloud storage... it ignores all possible original copies (stored locally). The CFC looks at the files that potentially were backed up to the cloud services and are stored locally.
In other words use the CFC to delete duplicates found locally and possibly sync
ed with the cloud; Use the CDF strictly for deleting duplicates located in the cloud (Your originals, if any, are not touched).
Use the CDF first, THEN use the CFC to clean up your local storage (Computer SSDs, mapped NAS drives, etc.).
There is a quirk with the CFC. It can cost you hours of wasted time AND overusage of your monthly Internet capacity.
Normally your cloud devices are mapped locally to your computer drives -- either by a drive letter or a designated "backup" folder which is dynamically synced to the cloud --- The folder marked: OneDrive, for example.
In a perfect world you would have copies of all your original files locally and a copy on the cloud as a safe backup. In the new version of Windows 11, OneDrive, has decided that it will dynamically move files around in order to conserve space -- if you are running out of room on your main SSD, for example. Microsoft decides which files aren' t being used and deletes this copy locally as it dumps a cpy to the cloud.
In my case, when I ran CFC I had to wait two hours for the files to repopulate back onto the drive before it would initialize... while watching the gigabytes add up when it was moving the files from the cloud to locally and back again.... I used an extra 75G that I didn't need to.
Perhaps we can have one of the software engineers fix this Windows glitch -- When CFC is first run: don't have OneDrive files (some of which are now located solely in the cloud) re-synced/repopulated until AFTER CFC has decided what it is going to do with the duplicates.

I had many duplicates in my cloud. Manually deletion of those duplicates would've been very time consuming.

During a search, I found a software called "CloudDuplicateFinder"; I tried the free trial and then I purchased the lifetime license.

This software served me well for my purpose.
