I would give this crap a zero star rating let me get this correct I can't access the Internet because your stupid cloudfare that I never agreed to restricts my movement because I disabled pop ups and ads that no one likes are you serious no one likes cloudfare clearly

The best cloud provider I see so far regarding simplicity and pricing. I never write reviews but this is exceptional case

You submit an abuse email about scam IP hits to your website, but no one replies. Pathetic service unless you pay top dollar, and I don't think they care about the small to mid-size business, so beware of using them unless you are a big company. Unfortunately, Shopify are using them and I wish they weren't.

They work with well known criminal webb hosts like Koddos.net who are known to host scraped websites and websites that even contains child porn. Hundreds of people who have been affected have reported it to Cloudflare yet they do nothing about it. Infirectly, Cloudflare are allowing criminals to use their services and cause massive harm to people.

Who knows what "Cloudflare" is, and who cares. It's only apparent function is to block access to websites, which it does succesfully, with some endless spinning thing. Thus whatever-website is totally useless and has lost me as a user or customer.

If I used the language I would like, to describe this infuriating "feature", the telephone line would melt.

I have set up my server in your name on godaddy from where I bought the domain.I have put your name and name server there and I have set up everything. I have even linked my domain in my free hosting which is Infinity Free. Even after this my website is not opening.Problem This site can’t be reached

When you consider downtimes from false-positive automated/bot abuse reports, Cloudflare actually has quite low uptime compared to competitors.

Im an affiliate for Impact and I can tell you that I've never had so much trouble logging in to a site. Same goes for shareasale.
On average we're looking at 5 mims loading time - crazy - and yes - i am forever deleting cache - trying new browsers etc - it has serious problems.
Edit - Been much better since that time.

I use Cloudflare for multiple domains, r2 storage, workers, Zaraz, and zero trust. It's worked great, most issues are due to something a user did not Cloudflare. They're a huge company that powers a huge chunk of the internet, super trusted. I'll always use them for some part of my business and personal sites.

Cloudflare spends forever trying to decide if I am human or not. It is almost never able to decide what I am.
I now wont buy from or try to ask anything from sites that use Cloudflare.

I left my browser (Firefox) on a specific website for a week while on vacation and came back to see myself being blocked. The fact that it can even happen for a huge company like Cloudflare shows that they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Will avoid using or recommending any of their products indefinitely

Cloudflare regularly blocks me from accessing various websites. I'm just a regular internet user, not doing anything remotely dodgy. There is no indication as to why I'm being blocked, and no way to resolve the problem. Cloudflare suggest I contact the owner of the site I'm blocked from - obviously I can't do this because they've blocked me from accessing the site to find the contact details. Websites are losing me, and others like me, as customers because they use Cloudflare, and they probably aren't even aware of this. Cloudflare support forums say it's not Cloudflare's fault - it's down to the settings of the site I'm trying to visit, as if a small hotel in a French village has decided to block me specifically from looking at their website.

If you're going to build a tool that blocks random internet users from accessing large parts of the web, you need to at least offer those users a straightforward way to restore their access.

This is a LEGITIMATE SCAM , they firstly lure you into shiny 200$/month business plan and eventually, aggressively try to sell you enterprise one with couple thousand bucks per month and if you don't want it, they PURGE DOWN YOUR WEBPAGE WITHOUT NOTICE- DO NOT USE THEM

Trying to use cloudflare tunnel for streaming for a charity. Have wasted so much time trying to get things working and now have the massive job of unpicking everything and going back to namecheap name servers. Namecheap stuff just works how you expect, cloudflare doesn't. The cloudflare dashboard is so messy and confusing. It promises lots but I can't get it to deliver and I am a techy with a lot of patience!

Horrible experince using this platform. Was having issues with the domain and couldn’t get it to work with another platform. Tried to get support for simple questions and they require you to be on a PRO plan. I shouldn’t have to upgrade a plan to get simple questions answered or help with an issues on their platform. I can understand if I was asking for detailed assistance but this was basically an error on there company’s part. I would stay clear of them.

What is wrong with this company!!! It is blocking all of my websites. I am just a person trying to use websites (mostly surveys and company instant win or contests) and it is blocking me!! This is disgusting that you are targeting the little guy. Get this company out of business!!!!!

I’ve used cloudflare for over a year and for all 5 of my domains.

Cloudflare keeps my sites secure and fast but I think that the paid plans are a little too expensive.
