Stress Free and knowledgable Estate Agents
I asked Harvey to come around to value my flat in mid January this year, due to wanting to move into a house. I had my flat on the market in 2015 for three months with another agency with only one viewing, so I was not expecting a fast sale.
They property went live on the internet on 24th January with really good photos, and I received an email with viewing request on 26th January – only two days later - I was so happy! A few viewings later on 3rd February, I received an offer which Cloud Homes happily negotiated for me and I accepted with completion before April for tax purposes!
Cloud Homes were very helpful, and made a very stressful task of selling and moving house very very easy. I would not hesitate in recommending Cloud Homes to all of my family and friends as a competitive, knowledgeable and very helpful estate agents. Thank you Harvey and team.
