Cloudimage is awesome! Most especially the support. I contacted them because of an issue and they quickly responded to my email. They were patient with me and guided me on what should I do to solve the issue. Now my images are optimized and my website loads faster. Thanks and more power to Cloudimage!

What i look for in a plugin or saas product is 1. roadmap , 2.support.

There are 3 things that make this such a easy purchase:
1. Easy to set up: Set it and forget it as they say.
2. Support is amazing!
3. If you are using WordPress, the team on CloudImage is constantly updating the plugin. Why is that so good? Security, and you know that they are working day and night trying to make their products the best of the best, and making it a no brainer purchase.

CloudImage is really helpful if you are looking for a solid speed optimization plugin. This helped me reduce the website page size by over 50%! The process was fairly simple and didn't require any technical knowledge. The support team was more than happy to address my queries. :)

Coming from another platform which was also very good, after testing out Cloudimage I noticed that this is even beter, image compression and speed is really good.

I've been using the free version for over a year without any problems, and I'm thinking of buying the paid version for a project with more traffic. Also from an economical point of view I think it's a good service.

Support is very helpful!

I've tried a lot of CDNs before, including AWS CloudFront (which is very high-quality, but also very technical and does not have transformations, etc.). Cloudimage has a lot of the essential tools and the pricing is reasonable according to your business size.

I contacted support and Elena is very helpful in setting up my account.

This really is a fantastic product!
Over the last few days I've been testing it thoroughly by implementing their javascript library in a bespoke website with lots of images. It performs very well indeed and was pretty simple to get it up and running.
During the process I noticed a couple of things that could be improved and their support team responded almost immediately. Not only that but these suggestions were implemented by their developers in a beta version for testing within an hour or two.
I have never seen support quite like this - and I have been touch with "many" support desks! Thank you!
