First Class!
After a long average service provided by a multi-national host, I had been looking for a more personable service that fits my needs. In the space of 72 hours I have been able to migrate 18 sites! Amazing patience, detailed analysis and problem solved. My website had large amount of malware preventing updates and changes. This solved the problem which many others just stated 'use a plugin'.

Stress-free site migration
I needed a site migrating across to Cloudnext, and I was worried about downtime and potential loss of traffic. I was reassured by one of the technical team that all would be fine, and I sat back as they took care of the whole thing in a matter of minutes with no hiccups. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency and so happy that something I found so stress-inducing was taken on by someone so competent. Can't fault them!

terrible INTENT to sort out issues
At least other companies have a phone. Whoever is answering the support either hates their job or is trying to sabotage the company. This company sends you round the bend with their rubbish email responses. They have little to no experience in answering questions. They literally have no intent to answer your questions and they string you along for days trying to get basic things answered. Avoid this company if you are time poor. I will be moving now from cloud next as soon as possible.
