Good quality but not heavy

Ordered 8 Dec and arrived 23 Dec, so unlike others I didn't have to wait too long for delivery considering it does (as others have said) get shipped from China and comes packaged in far too many plastic bags. The "free" book and prompts were just PDF downloads, so don't get too excited by those and there was a single, kinda pointless sticker with the hoodie.
The reason for the low rating, is simply down to the fact I felt very much miss sold by the idea of a weighted hoodie. I read so many reviews talking about feeling grounded by the heavy weight of the hoodie. My son would have really benefit from a weighted hoodie, he loves his weighted blanket so like most parents of neurodivergent children, I would do anything I could to support him so felt the cost would be worth it. With discount I paid £77 but there's nothing weighted about it at all. Thick, good quality material - definitely! Weighted? Definitely not :(

No issue with the sizing, we measured using the guide provided on the website. The texture inside the front pocket is a nice touch and the squish mallow fidgets in the pockets are also good quality, secured in by small well sewn zips in the cuffs of the sleeves so that the fidgets can be removed. The zips are hidden so don't cause irritation. Although my son has already removed the fidgets as actually they cause discomfort if you have to do any kind of writing/desk based activities. They're probably fine if you want to use them out and about but no good for school. Now they've been taken out and he associates them with discomfort I can't get him to put them back in, so keep that in mind! He is excited about secret cuff pockets but does that justify the cost? I don't think so. They also include an incentive in the parcel to give a good review so I feel like I fell for reviews that may have been fuelled by that!

Overall, it's a good quality, soft hoodie but over priced and definitely shouldn't be receiving reviews as something which is weighted.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR DELIVERY TIMES!

I am not sure how the sweatshirt actually is as we still never recieved it!! We purchased on Dec 5th and the website said a 21st arrival date. Its now the 26th, the sweatshirt which was an important part of my daughters gift has not arrived still. It apparently just left China today so will be another few days until it arrives. DO NOT TRUST THEIR DELIVERY TIMES!

Can I give 0

Can I give 0? This is a drop shipper who lies about shipping deadlines and blatantly lies in customer service emails. Do not get scammed. I canceled order and disputed credit card charge.

Slow shipping comes from China

I purchased thinking this was coming from US or Canada for Christmas on December 2nd. It is not. It comes from China. I had to email (calling not an option) and threaten to cancel because they did not ship on time. When they did ship, I found out that it came from China. It has now December 18 and I still do not have a delivery date on when it will come. I was told by Gofu shipping that I need to wait 24 hours and then 3 days for something that is only 9 hrs and 45 min away from me! They told they cannot tell when it will come! I cannot believe how slow they ship! I had purchased two other items knowingly from China at the same time and they have been here for a week now!

No hoodie and no customer service replies

I ordered a hoodie on November 22 to ensure it would arrive before the holidays. I deliberately placed my order before Black Friday to make sure it would be shipped on time. It is now December 18, and I still have not received the hoodie.

I received one response on December 3 when I followed up, but I have not received any replies to the three emails I sent after that.

On instagram and other platforms their comment sections are full of customers who have not received their orders.

Also I find their website missleading in the fact that they say they are Canadian etc. But it is just made in china and shipped here. I wouldn't have paid the premium amount for hoodie if I would have know this

The response I received, despite ordering before Black Friday, was:
“Due to high demand and limited stock at our British Columbia site following Black Friday, we’ve had some orders, including yours, fulfilled through our partners in Asia.”

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My son has severe autism. I was excited for him to try this hoodie. I placed the order. A week later still no update email so it started to feel like I was scammed. Went to website and FAQs say 2-3 days to process. I sent an email asking when it will ship and said if it doesn't I was going to cancel the order. Instead of updating me and replying to my email I got a notification that they just canceled my order. I paid $100 and was ripped off. Not one effort to make this right on their end. They are quick to take my money and cancel but did not refund. This is how they treat the special needs community? Ended up ordering from Sensationly-you today and it already shipped

Shockingly bad company

Shockingly bad company. Firstly they don't warn you that they show as a Canadian company but the items come from China and so takes weeks to arrive but they have a 30 day window for redunds/exchanges which you could well find you breach just in delivery.

Your item arrives and you want to exchange? Sure just send the item back AT YOUR COST to US/Canada (which cost roughly 1/3 of the price of the original item in return shipping) after which they will completely ghost you and stop replying to emails altogether regarding anything to do with the refund or exchange leading you to then have to start opening disputes with your bank on the payment.

Avoid at all costs.

Thought I was buying a Canadian product

I was so happy to find this product, and ordered 2 for my kiddos. I loved that it was a Canadian company. I should have done more research. The products are manufactured and shipped from China. I'm now hoping, after a 2 week wait, that I will receive them in time for Christmas. The fact that i haven't received them, however, has not stopped the abundance of emails from the company ensuring me that if I advertise for them, they will give me a percentage of every sale with my name attached. Sounds sketchy to me. These hoodie better be worth the money I spent... if I ever receive them.

Unacceptable Delay, Zero Communication, and Failure to Ship a Replacement

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I placed my original order in October. The item was either never delivered or was faulty, and a replacement was promised.

I then spent over a month repeatedly emailing the support team, kindly requesting the new tracking number, as the replacement was supposed to be sent via a new courier. I received zero response regarding the tracking information.

Two months after the original purchase (now December), I had to send a final, firm email requesting a refund, only to finally have one processed.

It is clear from the lack of a tracking number and the massive delay that the replacement item was never actually shipped. If the company had been honest and simply stated they couldn't fulfill the order a month ago, I could have received a refund and reordered the product elsewhere.

To add insult to injury, the refund did not include the original shipping cost, despite the fact that they completely failed to deliver the goods and provide the service I paid for.

The poor communication and the long, unnecessary delay are terrible ways to treat a customer. I cannot recommend buying from Cloud Nine Clothing due to this unacceptable service failure.

Website and sales techniques need a technical review as they are either not working or are intentionally set up to deceive. I have messaged them 3 times via the site and zero response. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Had actually passed on this clothing as potential aids via word of mouth to several others who could benefit from said product. I will retract.

Never received - refuse to refund

I ordered two hoodies for my child in the summer to get here before school started. The shipping company lost them and neither cloud9 or the shipping company is willing to take the blame and they will not give me a refund or send a replacement

Ordered a hoodie for my son

Ordered a hoodie for my son, it's been a week and it hasn't shipped even though they told me it would be shipped in 3 business days. Now that I am asking for a refund for my order they will not respond to me. Horrible experience and I do not recommend you waste your time or money on them. Sincerely a frustrated neurodivergent mother!

So I got the hoodie and it was too big…

So I got the hoodie and it was too big so I was like I want a size exchange. So they agreed to do this and I sent back the hoodie and paid the shipping fee they asked for, not a big deal. I recieved my tracking number and I tracked my packaged, but I did not receive it. I contacted them and they said it was usps' issue, so I talked to usps, and they said cloud 9 put the wrong label on my package. I contact cloud 9 again, and they say its not their fault and they do not take accountability for it, and send me this thing that was supposed to have like confirmed my order, but this confirmation email was not even my order, and it was sent to the wrong email address. I explained all this to them in a series of emails. They finally said they would think about doing a goodwill resolution or something like that. They sent me the hoodie I wanted thankfully. I do really like the hoodie, but their customer service is poor.

Poor

Make. sure you order the correct size. My order was unfortunately a little snug for my daughter so I requested a return. I had an email giving me two addresses. One in Canada and one in the US to return to, even though I am based in the UK. Oh and I need to cover the tracked postage costs myself.
Seems ridiculous.
Also, these are delivered direct from. China.

Received as a gift too small no exchange

Received as a gift with no other info. Finally tracked down the site and we were outside the 30-day window, not by much, but past 30. They offer a 30-day try it and return it policy but would not allow a simple size exchange for a product with tags still on, never worn. Very disappointed daughter and grandmother that was trying to get a nice gift to help our daughter at school. Product seems good, and I do understand we were outside their 30-day window. But for a simple size exchange, they had the opportunity to make a very happy child but instead they made us extremely disappointed. Lack of understanding customer service especially when considering who this product is made to help.

I ordered this hoodie for the stressful days at work, and forreal it's a game-changer. The built-in stress balls in the cuffs are genius and can fidget discreetly during work hours without drawing any attention. It keeps me calm and focused, and I honestly i don’t know how I managed before. I'd gladly recommend them to my friends and anyone

Lack of Respect

I ordered a sensory hoodie from Cloud Nine, a company that markets itself as supporting people with anxiety. When my package was lost, their response was to hide behind policy, blame USPS, and refuse a replacement.

A company that profits from vulnerable customers should take responsibility, not abandon them. Refusing to help shows that their mission of care and comfort exists only in marketing.

See my email to the CEO. Let’s see if he cares:

I read your customer service response carefully, and while it was full of corporate disclaimers and policy citations, it was entirely void of compassion, accountability, or any trace of the values your brand claims to stand for.

You sell products to people with anxiety, people who are trusting you to deliver comfort and relief. Yet when something as simple as a package being lost occurs, your company hides behind fine print and pushes the problem onto USPS. That may be “policy,” but it’s also a choice, one that reveals what Cloud Nine truly prioritizes: protecting itself rather than protecting its customers.

Your shipping policy might absolve you on paper, but ethically it fails completely. A company that profits by marketing itself as a lifeline for vulnerable people should be the first to take ownership when things go wrong, not the first to shrug its shoulders.

What you sent me wasn’t transparency, it was abandonment. And it proves that Cloud Nine’s promises of comfort and support exist only until something goes wrong, at which point the customer is left to deal with the exact stress and helplessness your brand claims to alleviate.

If Cloud Nine truly stood by its mission, you would take responsibility and make things right for your customers. A replacement hoodie is the bare minimum.

For a company claiming to stand for people’s well-being, this is shameful.
