This is absolutely a scam. The thing they advertise is a bonfire big enough to sit around and be warmed. They delivered an insulting piece of crap that isnt big enough to warm a mouse.
Don't buy anything from these scum.
If I could give no stars I would. Product was meant to be a bonfire which was shown in pictures as large enough for people to sit around, instead it’s a tiny little thing that would be lucky to hold a few sticks.
Ordered the "Large" Bonfire patio fire pit from facebook home page advertisement. Received "Small" 6 inch single person wood burning cooking device. Not useful to me. Contacted customer service and was informed that I was responsible for the return postage and 15% on the refund. Bad/very poor business practices. Avoid this company and website.
This appears to be a scam site. I ordered the bonfire fire pit and the item I received was not the item described and pictured on their website. I’m currently processing a claim with PayPal to obtain a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
