Waste your time on 20 cent surveys? Nah. What's worse is to get a chance at surveys you have to tell them extremely personal information such as mental health history and if you've ever been s*xually assaulted. Side with the dodgy researchers that randomly decide not to pay you.

I have been pleased with the length and effort required to complete these short tasks. I was not expecting so many available surveys, but they keep popping up. I prefer the Amazon gift card route for the cash out vehicle.

I got banned for reporting a scammy researcher. Unlike Prolific, participants have no rights or recourse here. Cloud is owned by Amazon and they have the same ethics. All workers are disposable.

They are mass 'waitlisting' people who have had no rejections and 5 star ratings out of nowhere, with no justification or notification whatsoever. There are long reddit threads about this site just banning people out of nowhere. The ban is permanent and there is no way to reverse it. Nobody even knows what they have done to deserve getting banned. Don't even bother. It doesn't pay much anyway.

I have been a member of Cloud Connect for about a month now. I have a near perfect score (838/850 and 5 out of 5 stars) and zero rejections. I give every project my full attention and make sure to adhere to all guidelines. This morning I woke up to find that I had been "waitlisted" (which means you have been banned from the platform). I emailed them to find out why. Their reply to me is below, to which they never followed up with any specifics when I asked for more detail. This is absolutely ridiculous. Apparently they did a large wave of bans today for which they gave the same reason, also without specifics. I believe they want to make room for newer, more "naive" participants, which is a shame, and a poor way to treat loyal participants.

You have access to any leftover funds in your account. Cash outs to a linked PayPal have a minimum account balance of $5. For a bank transfer, the minimum payout is $25. There is no minimum for Amazon gift cards. You will also have access to the funds from any pending projects that are approved.

This is in the same league as Prolific but with a slight caveat: the quantity of surveys. You have access to things most other survey sites don't provide (clear payout tab, ability to contact and rate researchers, clear & accurate payment info). These features (alongside reliable payment) make this one of the more promising survey sites.

In my personal experience, Prolific offers far more surveys, which means you'll earn more money. However, Connect does have fewer problems with IP/reaching support. I'd sign up for both, if possible, as your main survey sites.

I personally only opt for well-paying surveys (>$8 per hour, maybe less if the completion time is low). I have not experienced any problems with scams/rejections/lack of payments, but that's because I don't take surveys that require app installations and read the descriptions carefully.

The amount of money you make depends on the time of year, your demographics, and how much you pay attention to the site (which holds true for most other survey sites).

I think this is a great site! No problems, pulled in $19 in just few days so no problems i can report.
