We changed from an unreliable 4G router to Cloud Wireless and so far it's been really good. We have thick cob walls and use a mesh network to extend the signal around the house to give total coverage.... See more

Great system great service
I've been with Cloud Wireless from its earliest days. It solved a big problem for us as we were in an area that at that time had virtually no bandwidth - BT/Openreach can't do much better now, and probably never will, as we are so far from a street cabinet. They certainly could not provide the speed, consistency and reliability that we get from Cloud Wireless. Reliability is excellent, and when the odd problem does arise it is sorted quickly and we can always get a good response and situation update from the provider. It's good to know that we are talking to the people who actually provide the service, not someone reading from a script in a far off land! I thoroughly recommend this company and their product

Excellent speeds, good reliability and very good service.
The best adsl I can get at my property is 2mbit, and it was unreliable even at that with overhead wires running through Devon hedges, they were often getting damaged and reconnection would take days.
Wifi internet connection has been a revelation, and I've recommended it to many. I've downloaded at over 50mbps, there's never any stuttering on youtube or streaming videos, even when I'm downloading other stuff. Surprisingly, latency is also very good, with 27ms round times to Google - again, better than adsl. Upload speeds are good and in line with my package, at 10mbps.
I was originally unsure and kept the adsl as fallback just in case, but I cancelled the BT line completely 18 months ago. No regrets. Neighbour is still on ADSL and always complaining about the speeds, and he had an engineer up the pole for three days tracing a buzz in the line, poor chap. Couldn't help but feel a little smug...

Thanks for leaving us a review.
Our service shouldn't ever drop in normal to heavy rain conditions. There are occasions where the we have had extremely torrential rain that has caused an issue with signal on one of our main links coming out of Exeter but this only lasts for just 5 minutes and only happens give or take twice a year.
Would you please be kind enough to let us know if this happens again as we would like to get to the bottom of it for you.

Huge price rise after one year
Huge price rise after one year does nothing for customer relations. Poor signal around the house greatly affects TV internet access.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate your feedback.
I have checked your account and can see there was a price increase after 20 months at the lower rate by which time you were out of contract with us so had the option to switch providers should you have wished.
I understand a price rise was frustrating for you however this was our only increase in the 8 years we have been trading where as most providers increase by £1 or £2 per year.
Regarding your internal WiFi, unlike other providers who shout from the rooftops about how far their WiFi will travel we are realistic and appreciate that WiFi can only travel a certain distance around the home, with this in mind we never sell our service on the basis of providing you with complete WiFi coverage.
Having said that there are lots of options available to increase the WiFi coverage to every part of your home and we would be very happy to discuss these with you.
We hope that you can see past the price increase and appreciate having such a fast reliable internet connection which is still at a very competitive price.
