Cloudworkers deserves less 0 stars and…

Cloudworkers deserves less 0 stars and should be closed permanently. When I first signed up, they told me all of my documents were good. It took them 3 weeks to send me an email for training. After training, I literally worked there for almost 3 weeks then I started getting emails saying that my pay information wasn't filled out? It was filled out when I first signed up. I went back into the same payment document to re- enter my payment information and I kept getting an email saying that they didn't receive it. I reached out to Jane and Gary Kerr several times via Skype and email and never got a response. Even while seeing they were active on Skype but still no response. I reported them to consumer reports because this is definitely a scam. They had ample amounts of time to tell me my so called payment information wasn't filled out, which would be a lie, but they waited right before I was supposed to get paid. I've never got paid from them . They want you to work for free and then when it's time to pay you, something is about to go down. I did some research on this company and this isn't the first time they had bad reviews like this and They got in trouble before for scamming workers, look it up.

Symbol of shame!

Dear Cloudworkers Ag

From being a pillar of strength for the less privileged in the society to being the devil. Cloudworkers used to be the hope of third world countries but now is taking advantage of the less privileged. From making money together to fattening Gary's pocket. Cloudworkers has turned from angel to demon, firing at will and to make matters worse without pay. Does the top management have workers at heart or money is all that they see. Gary are you human or money has turned you into lucifer jnr himself?

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time, - It's not "easy money". They are completely unprofessional. They made their business by scamming both the customer and the person writing messages, and the people that are actually in the profile photos. By agreeing to do this line of work, it's your actual job to scam, lure and hold the customer for as long as possible. The customer doesn't know these are ALL fake profiles.
They are known to block your account at will claiming you've done something wrong or it's the platform itself that block you for unspecified reasons. Be better than making a few cents on scamming and avoid them at all cost.

They pretend to have hired you then…

They pretend to have hired you then have you work for free, when it comes to time for them to pay they bring up excuses and accusations. They accused me falsely of sharing my account details with someone else, which is untrue. They also said that because of that they were not going to pay for the time worked.

If you want to work for free then apply to cloudworkers. I also had my account closed because of some lame excuse that my documents were altered when they were not. These people just prey on desperate people and take advantage of them. Why make someone work and then close their account without their payment.
These people gary, jane, joshua, carly are just the worst.

Cloudworkers is the best online job!

Cloudworkers is the best online job, you can ever imagine. I have worked here for over 5 years, my teamleader and other contact persons have always been there for me. I get paid on time, every month! Help and support is always available when needed. So i can only say, that all the bad things people are writing about this company, is simple not the truth. This is a job i 100% can recomend to others. Thanks, Kenan Pedersen

THEY DO NOT PAY PERIOD.

Check my reviews I have given 5 stars 3 times to three different companies in the last two years. I have never given a negative review before. So you know this review is real. I was referred to cloudworkers by someone I trusted. Well, I shouldn't have. THEY DO NOT PAY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They pick and choose a few people they pay. You working for them and getting paid is like a lottery. Do you want to work and not know if you are going to get paid a month later? Why do you think they say they pay a month later? They are turning new workers. They are constantly sending emails about bad quality because they are farming new workers to work for them for a month or two, and then the new workers will quit because they weren't paid. Or they ban the new worker for no reason. By then they have a brand new worker who will be fooled into working for 1 - 2 months. They have a very high spot on Google search for adult chat moderators to keep applications coming. That's the scam in a bottle. If you read this and you still work for them you will wish you listened to me.

Give Cloudworkers a hard pass!

I was hired by Cloudworkers and worked 2 hours, grossing a grand total of 3.3 euros! The next day, I was terminated as according to their system, I was sharing my account with others...hahahahaha!! And that they were keeping my hard-earned 3.3 euros. From reading other reviews, this appears to be common practice but I barely got the opportunity to showcase my excellent writing skills🤪🙈 I definitely should have known better as there were many red flags early in the process but I chose to let it slide as I wanted a break from my other remote job as an English teacher. All of the emails, regardless of which person or entity it came from, were poorly written and condescending and the wording in their training manuals was completely laughable! I should have offered to redo them but since they demanded perfect English, I'm assuming they knew their own communication was subpar 🤣🤣 the company itself seems very demanding particularly for the small amount of money offered in return. It didn't bother me that the position was for a sex chat moderator and that was made clear at the onset. In the whole 2 hours that I worked, there was a variety of different profiles and humans on the other end of them and I felt bad for a few men as they were unaware that the person they were chatting with was fake and genuinely wanted to make a connection. There was a lot of sexting as well but that's the job.
Would I recommend Cloudworkers? I suppose if you're desperate but even then, I'd reconsider. After reading all of their emails and then being wrongfully dismissed, I feel that Cloudworkers doesn't value their contractors and easily finds your next replacement. Thankfully, I still have my English teaching position which pays one hell of a lot better than Cloudworkers does and has some dignity to it. Clean up your act, Cloudworkers because right now, you truly suck. And I DID NOT share my account with other persons, FYI!!

I worked here for 6 months

I worked here for 6 months. This is more of a very low paid side hustle. The company structure is really odd and confusing. When you first start, most people are excited to make a little money on the side. Then comes the reality of things, where you are expected to give 1000% and they give 0.10 Euros in return per message. Some people claim to be able to do 80-100 messages per hour, but if they were doing things properly they have to be doing it at a supersonic speed. On average during busy times, you can get between 40-50 messages tops. You have to respond to the customer and then make notes under their profile so other agents can understand the profile of the customer.
This is an adult entertainment site, so you are going to be chatting about really nasty and raunchy things, so please be aware. After time, things get boring and repetitive. Cloudworkers has a position called a Poke Writer, this is a position that engages first with a customer. Unfortunately, a poke writer can say almost anything to get the attention of a customer, even if it puts the agent in a really bad scenario. The poke writer will ask for dates, times and phone numbers to do adult things. But as an agent that has to maintain the conversation, you are bombarded with irate customers who want to meet right away. Your job is to lie and gaslight everyone who wants to meet up right away.
With Cloudworkers, there is no face to face training online or through Skype. You have to rely on attachments and emails. The communication is pretty lackluster and the quality control samples are really poor. You will receive almost daily messages from Sam who is the quality coach and she uses really bad examples to show people how to improve. Some people can barely put a sentence together and the rest of us try our best to make good quality messages.
I find the first month is very confusing and crazy. For some odd reason, many people have problems with their payment information and they will not get paid the first month that they are working. To be fair, they will pay you at the end of the next month if your payment details are correct. This is odd because I sent my payment information in 4 times, each time I never changed anything and then at the beginning of month number 2, it was all accepted. I am wondering if this is done on purpose, so the new workers give up and all of their messages they sent in the first month don't get paid out and Cloudworkers make more of a profit. This is something to consider. If Cloudworkers cared about accuracy and documentation, they would be more supportive in regards to onboarding new employees.
During Christmas and New Years, you are given a festive bonus. Do not get too excited over this, the rule is after 100 messages are sent per day, you get a whopping 0,05 Euros a message extra. Now after searching online, looking for other people's experiences, I found a couple of comments stating that the Festive Bonus was the same but after 200 messages. I am wondering if there are certain rules and stipulations for different agents.
Recently, Cloudworkers stated they hired 1000 more agents and this had an effect on me quitting. There is no work with that many people.
If you are reading reviews to see if you want to work for Cloudworkers, I would tell you to pass, but sometimes people need the petty cash for things. It is up to you, I guess.

A waste of time

The same skill I used to get hired was the same reason they fired me. When you contact for support they respond the 2nd day when you need help sooner. In addition to attracting clients you have to monitor all the other agents as well. The pictures are fake and the chats from agents are a lie. They don't pay you.

I have worked for this company for over…

I have worked for this company for over two years and it has been a pleasure doing business with them so far. They always pay on time. You have to do a certain amount of work to get paid. The job is to be kind to a lot of lonely people. If you can relax and come down from your pedestal, it is possible to stay constantly busy. This has provided me with additional income that I believe is worth the time I put into it.
