Replacement Window - Great Service
My initial enquiry started a process that was both very professional and efficient.
The lady turned up and accurately measured the window that needed replacing and provided an instant quote that I accepted. What surprised me is that the lady immediately provided a date and 2 hour portion of the day when the glass would be replaced along with 3 different contact telephone numbers should there be any problems.
As promised the glass was ready for installation on the agreed date but I had to request a change, which was happily accommodated, and the glass was installed the following day. The glass was installed and the fitters were excellent and even filled some cracks in the broken beading.
All in all using C2C Chelmsford was a positive experience and I would be happy to recommend to family and friends in the future.

Tha fitters are very good and that's what matters the most. The offic backup is less so. Very difficult to communicate with the local branch of the service despite it's being hailed as "local".

I've just had a window replaced by cloudy2clear this is the second time using this company excellent service once again the lady arrived on time to measure the window gave me a quote straight away booked a time and date for the work to be done..
Today 27/6/2023 the workmen arrived on time completed the job very friendly men respected my home explained how to get my 25 year guarantee on line which was easy and simple to do 100% excellent service from start to finish..thank you definitely recommend cloudy2clear..
