I arranged for 3 firms to quote me for a replacement window and Cloudy2Clear were the only ones who initially recognised what type of style it was and was able to provide a quote on the spot which was very reasonable. 1 firm took a look and wasn’t prepared to quote while the 3rd firm never got back to me. Cloudy2Clear came back within 2 weeks and installed within 15 minutes. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful and I will always use them in the future. Excellent service!

If I could give no stars I would. Not a local company as advertised but national with a 0800 number.
They arrived late for the quote when I'd taken a morning off work. Were here for 2 minutes,quoted £568 for one pain of glass!! Got other quotes with genuine local well reviewed companies, less than half the price.

The speed and friendliness shown by fitter. Arrived on time cleared any mess which there was little of. As they made a excellent job of first one I decided to have another one done and it was another excellent job8. Cost very reasonable and am saving to get other windows done

Only 2 days after my first contact a Cloud3clear gent arrived and having measured the windows gave us a quote on the spot, which was accepted. Seven days later the new windows were installed , even every speck of dust was removed . A truly excellent service

Gave them a call they came out next day gave quote fitted new window they left noticed a big scratch phoned them back new appointment made to fit new one with no problems really good service would recommend this company

An appointment time was kept. Window pane was replaced. The old rubbers surrounding the window pane were not replaced. The person appointed was local, however, the strong tendency was that I should pay immediately without first being offered to inspect the work which should be a matter of courtesy and fundamental customer service. The other point I would make is that things were very brief and rushed. I used the same person again for other work because he said he could carry out my requirements which I was delighted to have done. This work again appeared rushed and untidy with no attempt to clean up uPVC swauf left behind on the floor, patio and inside the window frames due to cutting out vent slots to each window opener. A window was broken and more weeks elapsed before that pane was replaced. Cloudy to Clear wasn't responsible for this extra work. I would use Cloudy to Clear again because it was convenient, Help-Desk was customer service focussed. Price seemed reasonable.
