The quote was completed quickly and we booked in the work after a couple of weeks after the quote. The worker missed us off his route plan so didn’t come within the allocated time slot. But apart from having to chase all morning to get them to come, the work was completed to a high standard

Paul from C2C windows arrived with the replacement windows & doors and with in no time he had replaced all the panels,except 2 which were incorrect. He refitted the old panels and immediately ordered the correct ones and informed us he be back in 2 weeks to complete the replacement.He was very efficient , neat and tidy.Cleaned up and left everything in perfect state. Can’t fault the workmanship 10/10 👍

Absolutely amazing from initial phone call to end result. The lady on the phone was really friendly and organised a date for someone to come and measure up for two windows as the glass had blown. The guy that came to measure was again really friendly and gave me a quote within minutes. The work was carried out a week or so later by two guys who again were friendly and super quick, tidy and also gave me tips on how to look after the mechanisms. I can highly recommend this company and would 100% use again if needed. Thank you.

Quick and easy start to finish really smooth experience booking! Installing the new glass only took about 20 minutes as well left nice and tidy very happy with service.

They give a four hour time slot but it is not the time they will be working. It is the estimated time of arrival. I was given 10-2pm and they came 2.10pm. They worked quickly and were finished sooner than expected. However, they removed a bracket from my blinds and left it on the floor, forgetting to put it back when windows were fitted. not a big job so did it myself. Just pointing out how the job went and why not 5 stars. Price is good compared with 5 other companies. When comparing, you need to see if you need 4mm or 6mm. Some companies just do 4mm when 6mm is needed as the panes are heavy to lift and they don't have the equipment to lift. Make sure if you need 6mm you get it. These guys know what is needed and supply it.

Brilliant Company. Saves a fortune from replacing full windows. The fitters were highly skilled and experienced in what was a difficult access setting. Very friendly and their cleaning up afterwards was spotless. I almost wish that more windows were 'blown' so that I can use them again!
