A prompt quote after the initial contact. Paul sorted out the fitting date for us. We hade the front windows done first and we were so pleased we had all the other windows changed

Asked for replacement of glass also broken key so barrel needed replacing handle also needed replacing as it was wobbly. Price was quoted and accepted only for them to turn up on the quoted day to yes they replaced the glass hadn't got the right lock was saying they couldn't do it and the handle wasn't in the invoice. Agreed for them to finish the job and waited a few more weeks to find the handle isn't made anymore the door needs replacing but still charged the quote price where i said i needed the handle replacing. They obviously didn't listen or look at what/if it was worth repairing. So listen to the customer and tell them no it's not worth repairing

Great Company. 3 floors up , high window , staircase stopping anyone getting to the window and yet these guys managed to sort it all out In 30 minutes. Brilliant and highly recommend. Could not see through the window and now perfect views and completely give these guys 10 out of 10 and never cost a fraction of wot a new window would have cost .

Excellent thank you..Despite an initial difficulty in getting Cloudy 2 Clear to realise that Beeston was actually in their area of coverage. At the second time of asking an Area Manager came round to provide a quote. No pushy salesman, an honest discussion about my windows. A price which was unexpectedly low. ( I had a figure in mind which was miles out!!! ) An appointment was booked there and then. No deposit required...
On the day of the appointment, one of the windows had been damaged in transit. The fitter was friendly and the whole Replacements were done in around 2 hours. The damaged window was re ordered and a follow up appointment was arranged for the final window to be replaced the following week. No mess , friendly staff and a cost which I was unexpectedly surprised at...25 year guarantee as well.. Overall 10 of 10. Glad I persisted with my initial negative experience given the lack of knowledge about the areas they actually cover....

Friendly and professional from initial survey to installation. I needed a few blown units replaced in a wooden conservatory. The fitters were experienced with wooden windows and even gave me some tips on other repairs needed.
