Ordered a few items from Cloudysoles and I think they are great, my whole family walk around in these all different versions! Had one mix up with and order but this was clarified right away so I thought the service was fantastic.

Very happy with my order
Very happy with my order, I ordered the marshmallows and Love them. So cozy I have a pair for outside, and a pair for inside! I would highly recommend and have a few orders in for Xmas!

Ordered from CloudyInsole in May 2023…
Ordered from CloudyInsole in May 2023 and shortly got a link to my order ready for dispatch May 8th - this hasn't changed now 4 month later.
I have emailed the owner Marco Schlicht several times and he refuses cancel the order and give a refund.
He said as per their refund policy - "when" I receive the items I can return them for a refund.
I generally give small companies the benefit of doubt - I am assuming he is shipping these in from China. But the communications and fobbing off has bee so poor i am starting to think this may have been set up as a scam and there was never any products coming...

Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company, they are a fraud. I bought a pair and have not received the item. one tracking says not even dispatched and another says it’s been delivered. When I email and message them on instagram they don’t bother responding.

Definitely not cloudy
Honestly I wanted to love this product, but they fell totally short of my expectations. I saw adverts on social media and after a recent surgery on my ankle I thought these would be really soft. Unfortunately they’re made from a very hard material, the holes in the sole of the product mean if you’re walking on a wooden floor indoors they get suctioned to the floor and they seem to size on the smaller side too. The delivery took quite a long time because I didn’t realise they were being shipped directly from China which means returning them is next to pointless. So these will probably end up in the bin. It’s seem like such a waste of money and materials but they just aren’t comfortable at all.
