They took my order and payment and never sent the clothes nor did they respond to my numerous emails. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB

Overall, I had a good experience with the store. The clothing I received was really good quality and the designs are super cool, only the shipping was a bit slow

I ordered a jacket and purchased expedited 3 day shipping because I needed it in time for an event. It's been over a week and my item still has not shipped, no one has responded to my numerous emails or calls and this company keeps deleting my comments on Instagram. I'm now forced to dispute this payment with my bank. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a shirt over 1 month ago and it still hasn’t come. Absolutely Terrible service! Save yourself some trouble and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Ordered the ‘Varsity Jacket with Bone Patches’, overall 4 out of 5 stars. The jacket was good quality and fit nice. It took a while to arrive so that’s why 4 stars but pretty good buy

I ordered my shirt a month ago and haven’t received any shipping updates.

I've reached out so many times but they have never given me an update on my order nor has it came. I'm reaching out to the better business bureau and having this company dealt with. These positive reviews are definitely fake as well, there's no detail in them what so ever and the large gap of positive to negative is way to large. Don't buy from here.

I ordered a jacket that costs 69 dollars including shipping. Months later, the jacket said delivered but never came. I sent emails and after a while I got a response that i would get a refund and they refunded me 5 dollars... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

it's been a month and I've received nothing. Also a review on this site under the name Samara has the exact same word for word review as a women by the name of Sharita M on another site, seems like someone payed her off but hey idk. The website in question is loox.io

If i could give 0 stars I absolutely would. horrible company, overpriced stuff that SEEMS unique but i found the same things on so many websites. took insanely long to arrive and all my things were not in my package, i emailed them over 10 times on multiple socials and no one ever got back to me, but they were read (read receipts on is not a good idea when you ignore your customers) I was very patient and gave them many opportunities to fix their mistake, even months later. also they delete all their instagram comments because theyre all negative. if i could go back in time and tell myself not to order from them i would.

If I could give zero stars I would, I ordered on January 2 and ordered some Nike airmax the only response I got from them is they received my payment more like punk scam website no good do not buy!!!! Period!!! You will get ripped off!!! You've been warned!!!!

Right now my order is stuck in pre-shipment. After reading reviews I don’t think my order will ship at all. If you’re thinking about buying from them I would re-think and go to a more trusted website. This is more than likely a scam. Will come back and change this if I ever receive my purchased items.

Thieves, they are nothing but thieves. I ordered two pairs of pants from their damn site spending over $ 100 again in October and not only have I never seen my money or pants again, but this bad guy has never replied to emails, messages on Instagram or Facebook and Instagram comments that they always deleted. Don't buy from these if you don't want to lose your money

Ordered November 23, 2020.....it’s January 11, 2021. Still no package. Says it was “dropped off December 4, 2020 and moved to processing on December 22, 2020....tracking number available but have not moved in weeks.” USPS says the tracking number provided has not been received at this time??? $160 lost? Who knows....when emailing Clout Collection, an automatic response generates and no response from the company.

I made a purchase, and until now I have not received my product for which I paid faster shipping, the tracking number does not receive any updates, no one responds to the chat and the email is automatic, there is no eighth contact, poor customer service, that it's a scam, definitely don't buy from this site 😭😭😭😭
if i receive my product, i will come back to correct this review, but until now i can only say DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
