I had a terrible experience at Clove…

I had a terrible experience at Clove Dental. The first dentist looked at my implant and told me everything was fine. I was charged $1,200 to replace the abutment and crown. He tried multiple times to place the abutment but couldn't get it to work. After several attempts, I was told I needed to see their specialist.

The specialist took one look at an x-ray and immediately said the implant was broken and that the entire thing needed to be replaced. I was pretty shocked that such a major issue wasn't caught before I was charged for treatment that couldn't even be completed. Even after that, the office refused to credit me for the $1,200 that their error cost me.

I repeatedly asked to speak with management about the situation and never got a call back. Avoid this business like the plague-they’re not afraid to rip you off and then ghost you.
