Clover Health Medicare Plan Horrible

They advertise this as a great Medicare supplement to be easy and wonderful rewards. Well if you are smart run the other way. I’ve attempted to call customer service only to get multiple people who don’t speak English. Then the OTC rewards they tell you order online or shop in the store. I looked online for sleep aid, they show me the Walmart product. So I go to Walmart purchase the identical item and they don’t apply it to my OTC benefit. When I call and question them “oh Walmart didn’t put it in the computer correctly”. So I’m supposed to find the item at Clover Health then go to Walmart and ask them if it’s in the computer correctly before I purchase. Can’t wait to switch to another member friendly Medicare advantage plan.

Terribly language-challenged member services reps

Standard benefits, but the customer service reps in NJ are not native English speakers. I have had people who do not understand my issue, cannot find the correct English words to use when answering a question, lie when they cannot resolve your problem, tell you that there is no manager or supervisor available to help them. Searching now for a new company for medicare advantage.
