As many others, I have received shoes that are too small and there is no way of returning them. They didn't state this on the website and they have no return address in the UK. And I see now that their website is closed! Am I surprised? A total con.

If i could give no stars i would. Don't part with your cash & save yourself the frustration of not being able to return your ill-fitting, not as described products or get a refund.Very poor & a complete scam.

Very poor quality, not as described and now the company won't provide a return address or a refund. Avoid this company or you like me you will be fleeced.

Very cheap, plastic shoes, too big and definitely not as described. FRAUDULENT Never buy from this Chines cheap rip off company

Delivery took a long time, then when they arrived they were too large, had a very plasticly smell, and no delivery or returns note included. Waste of money.

This company have no returns address for UK customers. My clothing didn’t fit and I can’t do an exchange, return or refund so I’m stuck with something that doesn’t fit me.
They should make this clear
I would not use them again, waste of money.

This is the first sports bra that I can't complain about. I'm excited to finally have found one that fits so well.

I like how all the comments on Facebook are all positive and amazing and they have the worst reviews ever here on Trust Pilot. Wouldn't be surprised if they were deleting all the bad reviews...

Ordered a set, didn't fit at all (like the size was massively off compared to UK sizes). I was told that I would have to pay to return the set to get refunded (fees were massive to send a parcel, wasn't even worth it) with no guarantees whatsoever that I would actually get that refund.

Keep your money ladies! This company is just another drop shopping scam.

I ordered a pair of shoes but they were too small and dreadful quality. Tried to return them but impossible. They eventually said I could return them but say they haven't got a returns centre in the UK and I would have to return them to China at my own cost. Strange when their distribution centre is in Walsall.
Please take my advice don't even think about trading with this company. It is a scam.

I like everyone else have been scammed by this company. DO NOT EVER EVER buy from them. Sent shoes too small now refuse to refund. I have contacted Trading Standards but not holding out much hope. Something should be done to stop them trading. I bought via debit card but cannot get help there as under £100 but I cannot afford to lose £50 of hard earned money. I will also report to Facebook where they advertise but little hope there of any action. Contacting the Fraud Squad seems to have been the only way anyone has got a result so check your bank statements to see who have banked your money. I also got a weird email from chine from bestieras so will pass that on to. PLEASE BUYER BEWARE. my advise do not go anywhere near them. Please Trust Pilot see what you can do to remove them from causing anyone else to lose their mony,

I really wish I had read these reviews before buying from this dreadful company. The shoes I purchased were far too small and although they say they have a refund policy it is hopeless trying to get money refunded. This company is a complete sham, they should not be allowed to advertise as they are advertising false goods. Sadly I didn’t pay with PayPal so have no return on my money. Please Trust pilot try and get this company removed from any form of advertising on social media, honest people are being conned into spending good, hard earned money on rubbish goods.

Agree with the other poor reviews- wish I’d seen them before I ordered! Sizing is all wrong but they don’t accept this and despite emails initially now they’re not responding- buyer beware!!!! Thank goodness I paid on PayPal- money guaranteed to be returned

This company are shocking, I emailed them to say the item sent to me was tiny and no way the size I ordered, I asked for return details and a refund, I was told sort it out yourself !! No idea where to return to and been left with a stack of ridiculously small items!! Dont touch with a barge pole!!

As the other reviewers have said this company is ripping us off. Ordered shoes which are the wrong size and terrible quality. They say on their website that they have a returns policy but they do not. I have found on their website the UK-whatever- Bumperr Ltd. Stokenchurch Business park although they say they have no UK returns address.

My error in not reading reviews properly before ordering. Really disappointing quality shoes - definitely not what is described. No returns procedure. Don’t use them.

I have recently purchased a 5 piece "100% mulberry silk" pyjama set from Cloverwoo. The product is actually 100% polyester, not even silk blend, and this is clearly stated on the label in Chinese so there is no chance that the company is not aware of this. I got a full refund through PayPal, after Cloverwoo finally offered a maximum refund of just over half of the purchase price or a full refund if the product was shipped back to China at my cost. Buyer beware!

Ordered the five pack of silk nightwear rubbish on size totally not a fit I have emailed them several times but no response from them so left out of pocket with items that do it fit rubbish company

Buyer beware. This company is a scam. The shoes are bad quality and the wrong size. They refuse to refund or pay for return of faulty goods.

I really do wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered shoes which looked very good on Facebook but when I received them they are made of plastic and you can still smell the glue. I contacted Cloverwoo for a return and was surprised to learn they are trading from China, which was not apparent on Facebook. Definitely not a company I will deal with .again.

I ordered a pair of silk pijamas which are not silk, and the size is wrong.

Do not buy from this company as have emailed them 5 times so far and i had no response.

I asked for a return address and no reply.
