I ordered 10 giant foam hats
I ordered 10 giant foam hats. The price on Clown Antics was better than anywhere I looked and they had a promotional code that made the price unbeatable. The website was user friendly and my order was shipped promptly. When the order was delivered I only received part of it so I emailed Clown Antics. Their response was prompt and an associate called me. She was able to track down the other part of my order which had been shipped in 2 boxes. The post office delivered one to the wrong place. She assured me that if we couldn't find the other box they would replace the items quickly. Luckily, I did get the other box. They also followed up to make sure everything was as it should be with my order. Great customer service.

Customer purchased $500 products but they wasn’t new.
I usually order from Silly Farm because their products always brand new and product as described. This is my 1st time order ($493) from Clown Antics and my greatest disappointment was that they gave me products wasn’t new. I have purchased 15 Dips bottles but many of them wasn’t 100% full like only 60% which is not acceptable. I order 20 Pump Sprayers but only got 19. I hope the Clown Antics manager will sent me back the missing paints and pump.
