My first order included a pre-order so took a few months to arrive. I reached out a number of times to check on it's status and they responded quickly letting me know the likely ETA. They even responded to an email on a Sunday evening to tell me my order would dispatch the next day.

I've since ordered with them again and had my order within 3 days. Their prices are good too!

Ordering from Clownfish Games was a really amazing experience! The game was sold at a cheaper price than other online board game shops. There was also an option to pre-order the game, which was very useful since Spirit Island: Jagged Earth is difficult to find and sells out quickly nowadays. The team was very responsive and answered quickly to my emails. I also received a pen-signed thank you note, which was a really nice touch.
