Easily my favourite place to go for boardgames. Not only was the price competitive, the game was shipped and arrived very quickly. It was immaculately packaged - no chance of being knocked about in the box and inevitably it arrived without a scratch. After a hiatus from buying games there was only one place I was going to go back to for a particular game. I bought Critter Kitchen and the price was the best I could see online, and with free and fast delivery, I couldn’t be happier. The little thank you note inside the package just shows they care about customer service and getting things right. I had also made a pre-order with them but later had to cancel, and they did so immediately without asking a single question. Only problem is I wish they wouldn’t make it this appealing to order more board games! :)

I’m so glad I came across clownfish games! delivery was super fast, and the two games I bought came in great condition. It’s nice to be able to get some good deals on board games since they are so expensive, and there’s even kickstarter editions available (I bought the kickstarter edition of Cascadia) which just makes the purchase feel a bit more special. I will definitely be purchasing from this website again in the future.

Bought a second time and the pre order item was not going to be shipped for at least a month - I had to chase the update but they were very agreeable to cancelling the order given how long it was going to take.

(Repeat customer) Excellent service, games are always safely packed and in tip-top condition, posted rapidly so I normally get them within 48 hours. Their pre-order service is fantastic you only get charged when they have them to despatch unlike most other places where you pay up front, they have also been kind enough to group different orders when they appear in stock at the same time. One of the rare places where they do have personal service.
