I booked a stay with HB at Shangri-La in Abu Dhabi in may 2023.
At check in hotel reservation was for BB, so I had to pay again for meals.
I immediately contacted memberservices
Reservation 39333-39363
Guest service is terrible, they promised the refund but simply vanished.
After more than 60 days I'm still waiting for the refund, and I'n not getting any news by them

It’s all about setting expectations. Didn’t have very good sleep. Beds and pillows weren’t comfortable. The property, rooms and facilities are outdated and have a musky moldy type of odor.
Room was somewhat clean. Staff is very kind and responsive though. Continental breakfast has room for improvement.

Comfy experience
I have explored Club 1 Hotels services multiple times for searching reasonable hotel rates as well as for finding a near location of a car rental. The web site is user-friendly and offers great selection of the facilities tourists are routinely looking for. I guess it is one of the best services in the industry to date.

I made a reservation 2 months ahead of…
I made a reservation 2 months ahead of time then I had to cancel 2 days after I made it because I am going in the hospital and I was told that was impossible because I checked some red box which I did not and even if I did that's insane 2 months ahead of reservation and they can not cancel it's a bait and switch I wonder if they will even show awful review go elsewhere this is not a good place for reservations of any kind stay away Barbara

You on your own free will booked a non-refundable/non-amendable/non-negotiable reservation that is highlighted on the checkout page in BIG RED LETTERS which you then had to check the box accepting the non-refundable/non-amendable/non-negotiable reservation conditions. Your review is shameful!

Club 1 Hotels offers the world's largest collection of members-only wholesale hotel rates that are not offered to the public. Even when rates seem somewhat pricey, I never had to worry about locating a room.

Club 1 hotel is a must for travel.
Club 1 hotels makes it easy to go or stay anywhere. I used them for my trip to Japan and the experience was excellent. The hotel was exactly as rated, plus it looked just like the pictures. The pricing was reasonable for the length of my stay and the style of room I had. It was a deluxe room with a lot of amenities. I will be using Club 1 for my next trips.
