Easy to use for international booking

Club1 in a pinch
Had to use Club1 in a pinch. All of the reservations were being made smoothly until Club1's site crashed. 24 hours later when the site was fixed, my reservations were gone....EVERY ROOM BOOKED. I was very disappointed. Eventually, two different hotels were located in close proximity. I had to stay one day at one location, a few days at a different location. All this with kids and animals. It was a bummer. I hate the sign on system (unless fixed). I did like that Club1 management communicated. Bummer that I was compensated somehow but... Oh well.

I was a little hesitant at first. However, right after booking I received a reservation request & shortly after I received confirmation. I also spoke with the hotel directly to confirm that everything was correct. They don't have a phone number, but answer emails in a very timely manner with efficient responses. Oh, I also saved money using their site! Highly recommend.

Be Cautious before booking!
I booked a trip to Mexico through this company and we were not able to go due to my wife's pregnancy. We cancelled well within the time for a full refund and still have not received it over 18 months later. You can never talk to anyone and they always send you either an email or text saying its being taking care of. For what it's worth, I would highly recommend you be very cautious before booking with this company as I have never dealt with a customer service like this.

This hotel website Is dreadful as they give AWFUL customer service, do NOT have a US toll-free number, the only phone number Is an abandoned landline with a recording never answered by a person... eventually get a response by email....
And reviews... Club1hotels Is the only hotel website offering so frequently "incentives" (sic) of all types for posting favorable reviews... the perfect bribery thus most reviews about Club1hotels are fake so not to be trusted.
My account was closed with no explanation at all!

Beautiful Hotel
The attentiveness of the staff from valet to check-in was superb. The room, linen and towels were clean. The gym was easy accessible with ample amount of cardio equipment. They also had complimentary headphones in case you forgot yours at home or in the room but they are compatible to the monitors on the cardio equipment were you can set it to the numerous built in workout sessions or you can connect your Netflix account to the monitor and watch a movie while you workout.
