STAY AWAY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO WITHDRAW WASTED FULL DAY AND A HALF TAKING PHOTOS OF I D , over 100 photos unsuitable , but have used exact same I d on every other site with no problem Stay well away wished I had , they have my passport my 2 day old bank letter my driving licence I have sent over and over and over soul destroying

Absolute shocking site, spent most of 20 quid a week on this site and the other night i wagers a tenner and got 10 bonus, soon as i used my real money and onto my bonus i won 500quid, went to withdraw and it said i had to wager over 2k to get it to turn to real money? How does this even add up? Surely this is wrong? anyhow, i span and span to get my wager down and ended up winning 1k , still couldn't withdraw said i had to wager a further 200 quid or so, so i got down too like 800 quid soon as i hit that wager my money went down to 250 quid???? they took away over 500 quid from my winnings? Went to withdraw that out and couldn't coz i needed photo ID ? how does one even send one in? anyhow deleted app never again, this has to be wrong in so many ways!!!

What an absolute joke of a site this is they will allow you to spend money and keep spending with no bother the second you win they want everything and I was more then happy to provide my I.d only to be told for 2 days OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG PLEASE TRY AGAIN and try again I did for 2 days and when you want to complain you get a ticket number and noone to talk to the policy of this site is backwards and a crap show poor poor quality and I will not be leaving this but I also won't be going back on the site

Firstly I won't to say .
I have been to club3000 bingo at Bristol many times .
And it has always been good.
But I went on Monday afternoon , 11/11/24 .
And it was disgraceful.
There was a table next to me , ( table numbers 248 , 249 , 210 , 212 .) .
Were utterly embarrassing and more importantly totally disrespectful.
The noise they ere making was outrageous.
They all should be banned with immediate effect.
I missed so many numbers I lost count, especially when doing the table tops games .
I may have had winners .
Who knows .
I missed so much , I lost track.
Whilst there is a break between bingo sessions there cannot be that amount of noise levels it is not on .
And more importantly the management team, in particular, ( the bingo caller , Darren ) .
Did absolutely nothing about , and that us not acceptable, and they need to get a grip of themselves , and start , running the club better and properly.
Because we are paying out a lot of money , and that amount of noise in between there bingo sessions is not acceptable and clearly not good enough
And all the management team need to get a grip , get there act together and run the club , better and properly.

Myself and my daughter went to club 3000 Hyde road last night and was greeted by a lovely lady called Vera . The night was going well until the pet machines kept going down so you had customers constantly shouting saying the machine had gone down. Chris the caller was amazing .

You can't take winnings out unless you win over £19.99 ,you can put £10 on but if you win £10 you can't take it out I won't be playing nomore cos many a time I've got to £18 and wanted to take £10 and you can't wrong wrong wrong

Reasonable prices on bingo and food/drinks.

Dont play on the bandits, on a few occassions I punted 200gbp (2 quid punts) and the most i won was a 5er, no bonuses) other players were saying the same.

Twice now i have made a descision to go based on a promotion I recieved via text, making it sound as if I had won half price on a pet or free book, got there n alls i saw was everyone with them, I asked the clerk, has everyone got one of these? I was told only those with the app, my friend doesnt have the app and he got one!!!! I asked another who didnt have the app and they got one!!

Then there was the "winners" night, if u won u got a free night, so i went to that one, when i got there they were handing them out to everyone!!

Really boils my blood these tactics.

Other than that its a pleasnt enough experience.

Wanted to withdraw my money.
The amount of ID I had to send was beyond ridiculous. Plus I was charged £2.50 to get my money back!
They kept rejecting my payment card with middle 8 numbers blocked out but will not give me the feedback as to why.
It has been over a week of trying and now the money has said “pending withdrawal” for 4 days.
It eventually took nearly 2 weeks to withdraw £110. Ridiculous. I won’t be visiting that site again thank you!

Food was awful on the Caribbean night at Hyde Road
Chicken was red in the middle and plate was pilled up that much I had to take some off and put it in another plate went to take it back and the first manager was nice and offered me a full refund main manager was rude saying I wasn’t fussy it was just to much on my plate and I could have £4 instead of my full refund
I was told the chicken was pre cooked and they warmed it up I ain’t happy due to being this way and the way I was treated never again

Disgusting bingo site rip you off they do not go by their own rules. They make them up as they go along never go there again void club 3000 bingo in Cwmbran The manager is as helpful as a brown paper bag in a rainstorm honestly I will never ever go there again

As Far as bingo clubs go , club 3000 is a good place to go , especially when they have offers on , my only criticism is that with the spread if covid again they never clean their bingo bees , always dirty , Cardiff and Cwmbran , need to revisit their cleaning routines

So this evening myself and my mum went to the Club 3000 in Huyton. We go almost every Tuesday and buy food and drinks on top or our tickets.
This evening I purchased a machine and as it was cheaper than normal went over to purchase paper books with a ticket I had, the woman on the counter called Claire said 'you need to fill that out' I asked if she had a pen and was just about to explain id already purchased the machine and would need to buy one but before I had a chance she rudely said 'go and fine your own pen' I looked at her and said really, she said go on find your own pen with a really bad attitude. She then gestured with her hands to go away like I was a dog. I said forget it I'll save money and she said something really rude as I walked away.
Later on the way out she pointed and talked about me with another member on staff. Safe to say they have lost valuable customers and we will be going elsewhere

I now can't withdraw my winnings.

I did not use any bonus funds but they're saying different excuses why I can't withdraw.

The system says I haven't wagered enough but I used cash and no bonuses so this isn't right.

When I email them they keep saying my evidence of cards I used doesn't meet their criteria but it does they keep sending me automated emails and declining and saying there's issues with documentation but there isn't

AVOID!!!! Id have given 0 stars if I could! I have £910 sitting in my online account that they have continuously dragged their feet over paying me. I have sent all the information requested but they continue to reject the photo of my card with the middle 8 digits covered, even though they accepted a photo of the same card showing full details. Once I covered the 8 digits like they requested me to, with all other details visible and clear- rejected!!!
I’ve sent information 3 times now, emailed 3 times to which I’ve had absolutely no response to and been ignored. I’ve clearly proven my identity from the utility bill, ID, selfie, photo of my card showing full details, proof of Apple Pay! I have now had to claim against them using Resolver.
They very quickly take your money but make it pretty impossible to pay what you won.
Short of sending a DNA sample and a sacrificial lamb, I’m hoping the case with resolver will push them to pay me out.
DO NOT deposit on the Bingo3000 online site, it’s an absolute waste of time and you’ll have nothing but trouble getting your pay out!

I went to club 3000 on Hyde rd Manchester last night and was greeted by the lady on the front desk called Michelle. She was such a lovely lady and made me and company feel very welcome it was my first time at this club and really enjoyed it so thank you Michelle for being so kind.

Like to address a concerning incident that occurred at your establishment on Sunday 14th April. Following the Bingo session, my wife and I engaged with the Black Knight slot machine (#1) for approximately 100 minutes, wagering around £600. It is pertinent to note that the slot machine was linked to the community slot feature.

During our play, the player on machine 62 triggered the FIRST BONUS in nearly 4 hours, with three players, including myself, present. Notably, the community link appeared to work for the player on Machine 11 and the player on Machine 62 but not for us.

Upon raising this issue with the manager, Trish, and after 25 minutes of explanations and a review of the CCTV footage, it was confirmed that we should have received the bonus. However, to our disappointment, the manager insisted that there was nothing further that could be done. Despite our insistence and discussion, the only resolution provided was a £50 offer to my wife, which was confirmed by the manager.

Regrettably, we declined the offer due to the systemic issue we observed. It came to our attention that all machines are interconnected and that discrepancies in payouts and game features, as advertised and printed on the machines, are alarmingly prevalent. We requested that the machines be investigated and switched off for a comprehensive examination, yet the manager dismissed our concerns, claiming there was no problem.

Given the gravity of the situation and the lack of resolution provided, we have escalated our concerns to the relevant gaming commission and other regulatory bodies. This decision was further reinforced by interactions with other players, who revealed that similar issues frequently occur.

It is disheartening to experience such challenges, as it undermines the fairness and integrity of the gaming experience your establishment purports to offer. We seek a comprehensive explanation as to why such discrepancies are transpiring and why the algorithmic functioning, particularly in link play, appears to be flawed.

I anticipate a prompt response to this matter, as we are prepared to take further steps if necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Notably, as we departed, we observed that additional customers expressed discontent and relinquished their membership cards in response to this incident, underscoring the severity of the situation.

I look forward to your urgent attention to this matter and a comprehensive explanation of the issues raised.

Absolutely shocking site, quick enough to take your money but near impossible to withdraw your winnings.
The customer service is appalling and they don’t reply to emails.
I have put in a claim with resolver and gone to the gambling commission to try and get this resolved.
DO NOT deposit money on this site, it’s been over a week and I have sent all documentation and I’m now not getting any replies and I am unable to log into my account.
